House vacation rentals in Concepción Province

The house is wonderful, spacious, clean and well laid out, it complied with everything expected. It is in a quiet and quiet area, you only hear the vehicles passing by the ripio road. We really enjoyed our stay and the temperate pool certainly gives you a plus, we even prefer to be there than go to the beach since this now has very thick sand and hurts when walking. We will definitely be back :)

Pablo's home is comfortable for a large family, spacious spaces, large terrace and beautiful nature. It has American kitchen, spacious dining room for 8 people, living room with comfortable armchairs, and a bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor the 3 pieces are spacious, closet included. The main part has a private bathroom, TV but not working and the other two pieces have a separate bathroom. The showers work perfectly. The vehicle entryway is steep. It is the same as the photos posted, we will definitely return to this beautiful place very soon. I want to highlight the friendliness of the host, being very accessible to our requests, attentive to any concerns and respond very quickly. Was concerned about our stay at all time. Thanks Pablo.

The place is a simple dwelling, with all the implememtos for a comfortable and pleasant stay. For a family of 5 it is very convenient for the price. The only minor detail that the home has is the floor that cracks too much in the second floor bedroom.

Very good communication with the owner. Flexible around checkout. There is a nearby business that sells everything. Well-equipped cottage. The pool is a great spot in the cabin, for whom we enjoyed the hot-tub / jacuzzi / hot springs. The temperature expectation should be lower …. But this is indicated by the owner in their instructions and description. We went with my partner and the place is perfect for a retreat and wanting to live with people more than touring.

Beautiful house and spacious inside, its location is the good one block from the beach, in the center with warehouses and restaurants nearby, without the need to go out by vehicle, the house is very clean, we really like it.

Casa Mae was definitely the best choice to spend a few days with my 88-year-old mother and wife. Starting with the excellent location(10 meters from the viewpoint of the cove) and on a safe level (greater than 30 meters). The distribution and relaxation is very tasteful and the beds, without exaggerating, like a 5 star hotel for the comfortable. The view from the terrace is beautiful, allowing you to contemplate the work of the fishermen and the arrival and departure of large ships to the bay. 5 minutes from large cove where you can sunbathe and see the surfers who practice there daily. For shopping, 5 minutes from supermarket in Cocholgue Alto and many small businesses as well as in Tomé for fresh seafood and fish shopping. Now, if you are in the beach when the boats arrive and aids in the task of climbing the boat to their place the fishermen give you fish and/or seafood . That happened to me. Emilio was very communicative, clear and friendly. No doubt we will be back!
