Excellent attention from Miguel, it was a very inverse request of the date and they quickly accepted our reservation.

It was good, the host was attentive to calls. We were glad there was a stove (new and easy to handle) that quickly tempered the place. Our dogs were happy too. Very nice environment. Next trip, I wouldn't hesitate to contact you.

Having stayed here was the best decision for sure. The apartment is beautiful and has all the comforts to feel at home and safe. The beautiful surroundings, which is very much enjoyed. When you arrive from a trip, especially involving several hours and getting to an apartment like this, it's something a lot is appreciated. Don Patricio was very communicative, and is always attentive to any questions. And it provided very helpful instructions. Upon returning to Conce, this will be our first choice, thank you so much 🙌

The house is even better than described, spacious, comfortable, with a garden and beautiful terrace, everything clean and impeccable, it has everything to have a few days of relaxation, very close to the beach and swimming pools, to forget about the car! The kids have fun with all the entertainment there! Sebastian is always attentive, any concerns are always answered quickly and very kindly!! It's appreciated!! The place matches the description, the fully-equipped kitchen, even extra like tea, coffee, dressings and many more The place is very quiet, there are not many people, on the date we were at least, so there was no noise and we didn't bother either. It is at the front of the beach and if you are not driving, the micro leaves you right outside and to take it, the same thing, either to go to the center of Tomé or Concepción. Next door is a pub, convenience store, bakery, hardware store, very accessible everything. 100% recommended.
