Beautiful home in a wonderful environment, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant family time. Description and photos are as and in reality, beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood that loved everyone. Definitely highly recommended and communication with Ronald was always smooth. Home automation gives the stay a plus.

The house is even better as described, spacious, comfortable, with a beautiful garden and terrace, everything clean and impeccable, it has everything to have a few days of relaxation, very close to the beach and pools, to forget about the car! Children have fun with all the entertainments there is! Excellent place to vacation as a family, many activities for entertaining, impeccable swimming pool (not so hot... it is not so hot... it is the south of Chile, but in very good condition of cleanliness and good size for swimming), pool table in good condition and other games in a casita apart from the main house, good quality tennis ground (a lot of maleza and bush around yes, that they pinch their hands to recover the balls), quincho for roast with outdoor light, and green spaces with fruit trees, sun and shade areas... a lovely atmosphere!!! The house itself, simple in its furniture and equipment, but in good condition, clean, cool, and with space / volume that makes it very pleasant. Too bad because the insects outside don't allow you to eat quietly in the outdoor spaces, but eating inside the house was nice so it wasn't frustration having to eat inside. The attention of Juan Manuel and his 2 excellent brothers, with special mention to Miguel, always attentive.

Very beautiful place, cozy and comfortable, in front there is a beautiful park perfect if you have children and need a place where they entertain and play. The sector is very quiet. The house has everything up to oil, salt, sticks to make brochetas. The only thing that does not have is grill to be able to make a barbecue, however they have an electric oven

the accommodation was as shown in the photos, nice, spacious, comfortable, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Aldo and his mother were perfect hosts, concerned about home details. The condominium environment was not very nice. the dirty beach, but that's not the responsibility of the hosts.

I loved the place and how well cared for it. The environment is beautiful. The plot is large, with beautiful trees, allowing you to take walks and tour it completely. Everything is very well thought out, it has many places to rest and enjoy. The cabin is very comfortable and spacious. It has everything you need, tidy and clean. The spectacular pool and quartz bed is the magical touch of the plot. I was able to bring my dog without any inconvenience and also enjoyed the place. Really, everything is very nice. The kindness of Tita and Fernando made everything work great. The place has a very nice energy, it is noticeable in every detail and in the welcome of its hosts. To come back anyway.

The apartment is very comfortable and was very clean, had a washer-dryer, iron and everything you need for a good stay, I recommend 100. % the place. In a good neighborhood and quite setting. We would definitely come back again.

This is a lovely apartment. It is safe, and the local police department is nearby. Many shops are nearby. A very good fitness center and supermarket are within a 10-minute walk. The ocean is within 30 minutes' walking distance, too. By staying on Jennyca's property, I avoided traffic during my daily travels in and out of San Pedro De La Paz. If I need to revisit Concepcion, staying in this apartment will be a pleasure.

Perfect accommodation for a passing night, fast lodging, or a small stop. price versus quality are correct. loved that it was Pet Friendly, we will definitely be back because it is close to Concepcion.

I thought the stay was very pleasant. The host took care to give me every detail and in advance in case I had any doubts, he was kept in touch. The apartment is comfortable, it has everything you need to stay. He left us up to ice. The building seems far away, but it's not if we consider it close to the bus terminal. La locomoción publica leaves nearby (stadium) and is walkable (consider on climb). Sector looked calm. If I were again, I would ask for it again.
