Excellent place to vacation as a family, many activities for entertaining, impeccable swimming pool (not so hot... it is not so hot... it is the south of Chile, but in very good condition of cleanliness and good size for swimming), pool table in good condition and other games in a casita apart from the main house, good quality tennis ground (a lot of maleza and bush around yes, that they pinch their hands to recover the balls), quincho for roast with outdoor light, and green spaces with fruit trees, sun and shade areas... a lovely atmosphere!!! The house itself, simple in its furniture and equipment, but in good condition, clean, cool, and with space / volume that makes it very pleasant. Too bad because the insects outside don't allow you to eat quietly in the outdoor spaces, but eating inside the house was nice so it wasn't frustration having to eat inside. The attention of Juan Manuel and his 2 excellent brothers, with special mention to Miguel, always attentive.

The accommodation met all our expectations, the house is as described, a quiet environment and recommended to disconnect, close to the village and 1 hour from Concepción, clean. You have to be careful with the mosquitoes and ants, apart from that everything was excellent!!!! Sebastian is the best receptionist!!!

Excellent communication with Ivan, the space is very spacious and clean. Very quiet area to rest. Flexibility and good communication with the host. Recommended!

Excellent apartment, everything is very clean, comfortable and totally private

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photographs. Everything was very clean and tidy, in addition to the smallest detail. Any was very friendly and flexible for both check-in and check-out, and offered us very useful tourist recommendations. The only catch is that the area is not especially good and there are few things around, although it is very close to downtown and the university. If anything, I would definitely recommend it.

Great spot close to the airport. Just don't miss the exit or entrance because it's all one-way split highways so turning around takes a long time.

The depa was beautiful! Just as in the photos, tidy and had everything you need for the accommodation. Communication was excellent and always available for any questions, we loved it :3

The apartment complies with everything you need for a more pleasant stay, very close to busy places in the city, Carolina is always attentive to any situation, so we will definitely be back because we felt totally comfortable in the apartment.

The view from the apartment is beautiful...the place super quiet and pleasant for walking. It's next to the beach, so it gets more enjoyable. Everything excellent.

The apartment is very nice and functional, it has everything to make a very pleasant visit. Angelica allowed us to enter early and that's very much appreciated. The area is very quiet, but it is within reach of many places, such as the casino, mall, etc. I would definitely recommend it.

Carolina was super communicative and clear, in addition to having a full equipped depa, cleaning a seven and very comfortable for two people. Although it is retired from downtown, the location is felt safe and we were lucky with the locomotion, in addition it was convenient to shop in nearby pasteleria and envio en servicentro.
