The house is even better as described, spacious, comfortable, with a beautiful garden and terrace, everything clean and impeccable, it has everything to have a few days of relaxation, very close to the beach and pools, to forget about the car! Children have fun with all the entertainments there is! Beautiful home in a wonderful environment, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant family time. Description and photos are as and in reality, beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood that loved everyone. Definitely highly recommended and communication with Ronald was always smooth. Home automation gives the stay a plus.

A very quiet place from the neighborhood, as well as in the home. Inside, everything was very tidy and organized, all things were easy to access and use, with very good cleaning, except for the main furniture, which was with a bit of dust, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Christian is an excellent host, very concerned at all times, flexible with check-in and check-out times. They wait for us with the hot tub ready to use. The house is illuminated, with large, nicely decorated common spaces that make you feel very comfortable. The location is ideal, half a block from the main square and a couple from the beach. Best of all, we were accepted with our pets. We returned happy!

Excellent place to vacation as a family, many activities for entertaining, impeccable swimming pool (not so hot... it is not so hot... it is the south of Chile, but in very good condition of cleanliness and good size for swimming), pool table in good condition and other games in a casita apart from the main house, good quality tennis ground (a lot of maleza and bush around yes, that they pinch their hands to recover the balls), quincho for roast with outdoor light, and green spaces with fruit trees, sun and shade areas... a lovely atmosphere!!! The house itself, simple in its furniture and equipment, but in good condition, clean, cool, and with space / volume that makes it very pleasant. Too bad because the insects outside don't allow you to eat quietly in the outdoor spaces, but eating inside the house was nice so it wasn't frustration having to eat inside. The attention of Juan Manuel and his 2 excellent brothers, with special mention to Miguel, always attentive.

The accommodation met all our expectations, the house faithful to the description, quiet and recommended environment to disconnect, close to the village and 1 hour from Concepción, clean. They should be careful with the mosquitoes and ants apart from that all excellent!!!! Sebastian the best receptionist!!!

It was totally a pleasure to stay in Sebastian's apartment. In our case we travel with my family for the surgical reasons of my partner. Sebastián was very understanding in every detail, plus the apartment in an excellent location with nearby mobilization, pharmacies, mall and a supermarket steps from the place. The place is very quiet, then beautiful, I felt safe and the apartment was very complete, everything was clean and with all the necessary kitchen elements.
