Wonderful Place, Linda Vista, very quiet next to the Dunes, close to beaches, Jumbo Supermarket, Lider, Monserrat, Immersed in Parque Costa montemar and a few minutes from Restaurants. Valparaiso by car approximately 25 min by car and 15 from the vineyard. Direct deal without brokers. Cleaning cost Does not include washing towels, sheets and toilet. There is a gas grill (Gas not included). Locomotion ideal near car there is parking. (Pool heated according to maintenance cycle). Does not include toilet.
