David was very responsive throughout the process. He sent me a video showing the condo and the views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. I communicated that we would arrive early and there was someone waiting for us to let us in and show us around. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. I highly recommend David’s condo!

We had a wonderful stay! The Pool & Jacuzzi were absolute highlights – perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay all the more pleasant. The location and the view are fantastic – quiet and idyllic. The contact with the landlord was also great: very quick and helpful answers to all questions. Ideal for relaxing and savoring nature in its fullness... Sandro is very kind and helpful... the children and our little dog had fun as crazy in the green spaces and we enjoyed relaxation in the meantime... we will definitely return

We were very pleased with the facility and the room. Everything was neat, clean and very well maintained. It was particularly positive that we were even able to check in a little earlier than the agreed time – that was super pleasant. Communication was also excellent. Chiara was very helpful and gave us great tips for activities in the area in advance. We absolutely recommend the place and would be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic stay in Christina’s home and will definitely be back. It is spotless with comfy beds and cool rooms for a good nights sleep. The balcony and use of the pool was brilliant in the hot weather. The free shuttle bus into Garda was also really handy and saved us a lot of time during our stay. Contact with Krissi was great and she went above and beyond to help us and recommend things. Thank you!

Sara’s beautiful home , was comfortable and had a gorgeous view of lake Como. Everything we needed was provided . Parking at the property needs some great skills but there is free parking available outside. The area is very quiet and great for walking.

This was my second stay, and I enjoyed it just as much, if not more, than the first. The apartment is exactly as described—immaculately maintained and truly a home away from home. Rafaella has thoughtfully upgraded the bed, which was a much-appreciated improvement. The hosts are approachable, responsive, and always willing to assist. The apartment's location is ideal, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood filled with an array of food and beverage options. Additionally, the metro station is conveniently just a few steps away, making it perfect for exploring the city.
