It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000. The Cabin is nestled by a shallow creek and faces 25 wooded acres that are ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.

It comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and is centrally located in Cookeville’s Historic Westside District. It’s within walking distance of TTU, Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Dogwood Park, the train depot as well as many local dining and shopping hot spots.

Located an hour east of Nashville this a great base from which to explore and enjoy Middle Tennessee.
