Here we care a lot about cleaning. Nice a room annex of about 20km2. Two double beds, they can be made for two sofas. Small cozy couch. TV. Smaller kitchen for simple cooking. Mini oven, microwave, boiling jug, fridge and kitchen stuff. Duvets and pillows with bedding. Bathroom and less corridor for clothes and shoes. There's a romantic hot out shower. The house is located right on bus 35 to the airport. It is only five minutes from Idyllic fishing town with old yellow houses and harbour. Nice beach and bathhouse.

Parking Centrally located in Hørsholm. (Distances to sights/by car/min.): - 2 to Science DTU - 8 to Rungsted Harbor w/lots of restaurants and beach - 20 to Copenhagen's Town Hall Square - 20 to Kronborg Castle, Helsingør * Part of the garden and terraces will be built in 2025/2026

This beautiful newly built houseboat floats in one of Copenhagen's best locations with just a few minutes to everything. The houseboat is centrally located in 'Holmens canal' with Copenhagen Opera as neighbor and with nearby nature by Christianshavn's ramparts. 25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

Lovely guest house of 35 m2 Small bathroom, with very small shower. Nice little kitchen with fridge and there is ONLY the possibility to make breakfast. Large room with double bed 140x200. Sofa and TV. Dining area for 2 people. The house is in a quiet area, close to Roskilde and about 300 meters to the beach with a swimming bridge. Nearby there are also 2 restaurants. Approximately 2.5 km to shopping The house is in our backyard, where we stay ourselves.

You have several grocery shops 1 minute away. You are only approx 15-20 minutes away from downtown Copenhagen with public transportation (the metro, bus or the Copenhagen harbor ferry). NOTE: you can jump right into the water directly from the boat!

Decidedly out in nature, yet close to the city of Copenhagen, this is a base for your Copenhagen city break, that will give you the best of both worlds. For nature lovers who need (much) more comfort than a shelter, but are fine with outdoor toilet and shower. Close to the airport so not for those looking for absolute peace and quiet.
