We had the most amazing stay at this stunning villa in April! The property is absolutely breathtaking, with gorgeous views that made every moment special. It was the perfect setting for our relaxing getaway with friends. Maria and Dimitrios were exceptional hosts - so welcoming, accommodating, and incredibly responsive to all our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and their warmth made us feel right at home. The villa itself was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail in the design and amenities added an extra touch of luxury. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return someday. We had a great time. The apartment has unobstructed sea views even from bed. The best 2 beaches of the area as well as the supermarket and the cafeteria-restaurant are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The place was very clean and all furniture and linen were brand new. The host is also very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

It’s was truly beautiful! Super clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is lovely, you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. As for the interior I’m speechless! Nicely decorated which gives a relaxing vibe to your stay. I would definitely recommend 10 out 10!

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

The apartment was clean and modern. You had got everything you needed.. we recovered well.. thank you for the beautiful apartment. The only thing was, we didn't have a Greek program (wanted to wake up memories as I speak Greek), but the contact person there wanted to take care of it but unfortunately did not happen. Wasn't that important. There were often problems opening the gate for the parking lot. You have to try often..,

This place was fantastic. Porto Rafti is a great town. The pictures were completely accurate and we were very happy with the view, cleanliness, and overall condition of the apartment.

The place was incredible. Had some trouble finding a trash can so we just put our things in bags for the time. If you require an experience with a responsive host then I would suggest looking elsewhere as the host wasn’t really the greatest with response time. However the place, location & everything else was top tier. The top room is loft style and doesn’t have much privacy as it sits right over the living room and entrance. Location location location! You are walking distance from the water and walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. I only spent 36 hours in Athens but when I come back I’d love to come here again.

We only spent a short night but Mike was very responsive when we had trouble finding the location. Great place just above the sea with the possibility of swimming 2 minutes away. Magical! Only small downside it was quite hot inside, and the adult room does not have a large bed but 2 twin beds, with bedding limited enough for a slightly fragile back. We found fresh water bottles and beers on arrival, so nice! Thanks Mike! great address, we would have stayed!!

The place is as described, everything well maintained and clean. The area was quiet, but a little remote and sometimes a little run down. Unfortunately, the weather did not play along and we could not use the beach. This made the stay quite boring, as there are not many activities in the area. The house itself was very good, the only drawback was the noisy air conditioners. The outdoor appliances were screwed directly to the wall, you heard the vibrations strongly. A small mini market is minutes away. Certainly one of the best Airbnb in Artemida, even if I personally would no longer travel to this area.

Wonderful home, quiet neighborhood, very clean. And the host is very communicative! 10/10

We had a fantastic stay at Konstantinos! A beautiful place, near the beach, which was paradise. Close to Athens and the temple of Poseidon. Konstantinos was a great host, quick respons and helped us really well. Hope we will return some time.

The house has all the amenities provided on the description. The rooms and all the spaces in general were clean and tidy which consisted a perfect place for a family stay such as my own. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and eager to help us with every need and inquiry. He also provided info about the local restaurants and places to go. All in all I totally recommend it!

There was plenty of space and things to do and a great view! The apartment was clean, but the high location of the place requires bragging, but it wasn't impossible. I recommend this place for an athletic party if you want to explore their surroundings and take trips on vacation, but especially for a group that values peace and privacy, and longs for a relaxed vacation together. :-)

Pavlos place was terrific , I was heading back from holidays and needed somewhere close to the airport . He has 2 apartments beside each other . It’s on the coast ,the beach is practically across the road and many shops restaurant ,bars nearby to choose from. Very comfortable bed and great facilities. He communicated very well .

We only stayed one night to be ready for our early flight the next day, but the place is well equipped for longer stays. It has a nice sea view across the parking area and the neighbors were very friendly when I took up 2 parking places by mistake. Nikos was extremely helpful, responding to any requests within 1-2 minutes. Even off-season, there was a bakery and an open taverna a 3 minute walk away. We are grateful to Nikos for his kindness.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view! Had all the amenities listed, loved the air con available in both bedroom and living space and quiet location. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals and enjoy on the balcony. Easy access to local shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Perfect location to position yourself if wanting to visit neighbouring areas and Souniou. Vasiliki was so helpful with all my questions and information required. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the Athenian Riviera.

We LOVED the place, it was so nice and clean. If presented with the option from the owners, I would definitely pay the fee to be picked up and dropped off from the airport. Vangelis was extremely nice, we had great conversations and he gave us numerous recommendations. As well, the price they charge for pick up and drop off is a BARGIN !

Very close to the airport and plenty of street parking if you have a rental car. Apartment was very well stocked and comfortable. I will say trying to find the place was a little confusing, but Evdokia was quickly responsive and helped quickly. Communication was great! The walkway/airway up had no lights so kinda difficult if you get in when it’s dark. But we just used phone flash lights and wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay again and recommend if anyone needs a close airport stay.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

Everything and more. Would book again . Only wish I had more time in Athens but 20/10 Recommend.
