Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

Very nice, large apartment with great views of Piran from the roof terrace. Roman and Kathi respond immediately to messages if something is unclear.

This place was truly amazing! We were looking for a getaway place and got far more than we looked for. The location was absolutely prime and the home was very welcoming and comfortable! The host was more than helpful, even helping us in person when needed. 100% five stars!! And would def book again!

Cozy, old beautiful house in a wonderful location! Perfect for grilling, bathing, hiking. We felt very comfortable with our three teenagers (13,14,16) and dog.

Dario answered all questions extremely quickly and helpfully. He was an initiator himself. He is very good to communicate with. He makes traveling easier. The accommodation is centrally located, just a few meters from the main street, yet in a quiet place. The beach is relatively quickly accessible by foot.

Michele is a very friendly host. He met us in person, and gave very precise instructions and local recommendations. The flat is situated very close to the beach (ca. 5 minutes of walking) and very close to a supermarket (ca. 3 minutes). There are also several cafes and restaurants in the close neighborhood. One can conveniently reach the central bus station and the historic center of Grado by foot (ca. 20 minutes) or by a local bus (ca. 5 minutes). The flat matches the description. The beds are of high quality, the blinds provide complete blackout, and the place is very quiet. There is a well equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge, a microwave oven, a gas stove, and everything needed for cooking. We enjoyed the stay at Michele's place, and we can warmly recommend it :)

Everything was fine. The apartment is as described and fully equipped. The beach and the center with many shops and restaurants are very easy to walk in 5 minutes.

We were 4 sisters who had the pleasure of vacationing in Alessandro's accommodation. The place is large and has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Alessandro answered every question quickly and even helped us find a suitable offer for a trip to Venice. We felt very comfortable and look forward to coming back next year. Definitely a recommendation

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

We were very satisfied with this apartment. Future guests may accept that there is a construction of a new building in the neighbourhood, but there were no loud noises during our stay, only a few. We will come back!

great accommodation, clean and very well organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, in the bathroom there is a hairdryer and in the living room there are some board games and a kitchenette for children: appreciated by children and parents to spend a peaceful vacation! Nice outdoor space with a table and also a shower to remove the sand. The area is quiet, there is a free beach within walking distance. Elisa was a very nice and always available host, she also left us a welcome gift 💞 Super recommended accommodation also for families!

If u have more time u need to enjoy everything in Mr Gregor home. Its very perfect and huge. Just for me this time im not enjoy everything because we are rushing to the visit Venice. For mr gregor. He is very friendly. U will feels like family with him. Tq so much. Will meet u again

Very clean and renovated in relation to some other apartments in Duna Verde top, the 2nd single bed could be a little more comfortable, but otherwise everything is great!

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. Mr. Carlo was like a friend and did not hesitate to respond to any request, except to give him a reasonable explanation for any request. Thank you very much, Mr. Carlo

Nice apartment with sunny balcony for breakfast. Unfortunately, we had rainy weather more often - the well-functioning heating was very pleasant. Well located - close to the beach, spa, spar and weekly market (Saturday)... Short walk across the beach promenade into the old town. Marco is a very nice host who always responded quickly and kindly. Thanks, we felt very comfortable :))

We stayed at Anna's place for 10 days. The apartment is very clean and cozy. In addition, it has everything you need. The location is very convenient: only a few minutes to the sea. Anna was very kind, responded quickly and even left us breakfast! We were impressed with the hospitality. There is good internet in the apartment, so I could work without any problems. It is also convenient to park the car. I will recommend Anna to my friends!

we felt at home at Nevenka, the place has everything a person needs. She also surprised us with baked traditional Slovenian Easter cake :) the place is the perfect starting point for trips around the neighborhood, or you can stay only in Koperi.

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment that exceeded our expectations. The place was impeccable: very clean and tidy, with attention to detail. Nothing was really missing — from the coffee machine to the toaster, from the dishwasher to the other small appliances that make everything more comfortable and functional. But the real highlight was the view: looking at the marina every morning was simply wonderful, a relaxing and evocative spectacle that made our stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Annalisa and Sandro for their hospitality, availability and kindness. We really felt at home and hope to be back soon!
