If mountain biking is your thing, we are right on the Climachx Mountain Bike Trails and a stones throw from Dyfi Bike Park. There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away. 16mins drive to the epic Cadair Idris!

Sŵn-y-Dŵr is located in the Snowdonia National Park and occupies a tranquil position in the historic market town of Dolgellau, renowned for its breathtaking views and scenic walks in the foothills of Cader Idris. The former coach house stands in private mature grounds, and is approached via a gated entrance and a sweeping gravel drive ascending to the property. It is a self contained first floor apartment, accessed via external steps to the rear of the building, that dates back to 1780.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Glanydon - Romantic Getaway near Cadair Idris.

Glanydon Cottage is the ideal place to get away from it all. The spacious bathroom has a shower and big freestanding bath. The kitchen is well equipped. There are lots of interesting things to do nearby. Speak to us for more info re packed lunches and evening meals. Private parking available for 2 vehicles. We're about an hour away from Snowdon Mountain & 10 minute drive away from Ty Nant car park for Cader Idris. The nearest town is Dolgellau (10 minute drive away) which has 2 supermarkets, 2 petrol stations & some great cafes,pubs & shops.

The Green Room

The Green Room is attached to our family home, with a comfortable double bed, adjoining wetroom and kitchenette, in a convenient town location, easy access to railway and bus links, and off-road parking. With FTTP internet access, television with a full Sky package (including Sports and Cinema), Blu-ray player with discs and your own key and separate door you can come and go as you please. Well behaved pets are welcome.
