“The room was a good size for two people and the location is a pleasant 20-25 minute walk to the city centre or a convenient 10 minute bus journey. Very close to Glasgow Cathedral and the Necropolis for a pleasant start to any trip. Thomas personally provided a lovely breakfast every morning and fresh toast and hot beverages were always offered. Really made the trip to Glasgow a pleasant one.”
Stunning B-listed apartment in 19th century mansions by Sir John Burnett in Garnethill just down from Glasgow Art School. This impressive large double bedroom has a comfortable sofa and chairs and table by the window and is located very centrally just behind Charing Cross. Enjoy free WIFI and wonderful balcony.
“You won't regret staying in Diane's wonderful home. From the moment you walk through the front door of the apartment block, up the gorgeous stair case and through front door you know you're staying somewhere special. The room, and the entire apartment, was sparkling clean, warm and cozy. Location was great, right on the doorstep of the city centre (though tucked away in a lovely sidestreet, insulated from any noise). All the main attractions in the west end are within walking distance from the apartment. On arrival, Diane greeted me with a cup of tea. We had a lovely chat before she gave me tips on which part of Glasgow to explore. She is extremely friendly and was always so quick to reply to any of my messages. Storm Ciara meant there was a chance I would not have been able to get home on my check-out day. But Diane was kind enough to a offer her apartment for an extra day if needed. If I'm ever back in glasgow I will check to see if I can stay there again.”
