Andrea was always available, he understood our needs on the fly, he was friendly with us and our dog, the garden is very well cared for, the comfortable house was very nice, we had a great time at ease

We had a wonderful time in Pisa. The place is great and we felt very comfortable. Especially the garden with the lemon tree is a highlight. The location was quiet yet convenient. The hostess was super nice and immediately available. Thanks very much. 🤗

Lara is the most welcoming and heartfelt person. Our stay at La Radice couldn’t be any better really. The house and garden was amazing as well as Lara’s restaurant with the most delicious homemade food. Everything made us feel very at home. A magical place! we loved the peace and quiet, the view is gorgeous and the place had everything we needed. Isabella and her husband are extremely nice and helpful, our interactions with them were really good and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The stairs are a little on the small size and the wifi is really slow (so is the 4G internet since there is low reception there) so it's not for everyone, but if you choose to stay at Isabella's place, you won't regret it!

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Staying with Maria was super pleasant and quiet. The surroundings were super nice and we really enjoyed the great view. We slept great in the quiet surroundings. Maria was very kind and accommodating and gave us great tips.

even though we only spent one night at Silvia's, we can say that the apartment is nice and comfortable, the two rooms are spacious, ideal for those who want to stay in 4, comfortable beds. There were 6 of us and even the sofa bed is comfortable; the large room so there are no space problems even when it is open. The double bathroom is comfortable when there are many. It is in a quiet area. The apartment was tidy and clean. Friendly and welcoming host; we had a commitment nearby and she was very kind to welcome us at the time that was most convenient for us. We also recommend it for summer getaways, if next year we are in the area again it will be the first one we will contact!

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

We are 2 couples from Australia and we don’t want to tell you how much we loved this place in case it’s not available for us to book again! Everything about Lorenzo’s place was perfect. The rain had caused a few problems but it was all sorted v. quickly. His instructions to arrive via Google Maps worked v. well. We felt like we were truely at home in a luxury hotel. The fireplace was fun - outdoor bbq great -beds so comfortable- showers lovely. Just note:- one bathroom is downstairs from the bedrooms. Everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen for 2wks. The restaurants in San Miniato however are fabulous especially our favourite bar Ethan’s. It’s a 10 minute easy walk into the old centre. We enjoyed an amazing Farm-cooking experience at Francesco’s place - ask Lorenzo about it.

We had a great time at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were real pluses. Not to mention all the little touches that Carlo had for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The accommodation is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

A fantastic time. We were very satisfied with our 2 toddlers. The apartment looked much better than in the photos. Sparkling clean and well equiped kitchen. We had the most fun by the pool, beautiful views, and super quiet. Only 45 min. from Pisa Tower. The hostess was very nice and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, together with the sweet little dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located on a hill in Balbano, thus ensuring excellent silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with some small details still missing. Overall a good experience.

We only stayed 3 days and unfortunately we met bad weather, but this did not stop us from taking advantage of the immense garden that with two small children was the salvation🙂 The house offers many spaces (we were two families) leaving way to have the right tranquility and privacy as needed. Alessandro was very helpful and kind and his mother, whom we met before leaving, is a very nice and friendly lady.

The place is really a dream! We had a lovely, relaxing time with Deborah. The pool and location are great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm and you feel right at home. And we liked it so much that we want to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

Great location, quiet, well equipped and clean. We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is simply fantastic – quiet yet easily accessible. The house is very well equipped and everything was clean and tidy. We would like to emphasize the warm outdoor shower, which was the absolute highlight for our children. Roberta went above and beyond to provide an excellent service, with lots of recommendations and was there if we needed anything at all. The house was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and the breakfast provided was a very nice touch! Would definitely stay here again :)

We spent some wonderful days, the place is beautiful, we had a great time and so did our 4-legged champion, Karol and her family are wonderful, very kind and always available. The property is located in a great point for travel, a few kilometers away you can reach beautiful villages to visit. The apartment is nice, comfortable and very clean. Christmas 2024 in TraMareMonti: a dream for anyone seeking tranquility and relaxation. We and our four-legged friend, who could look forward to a large outlet secured by a fence, felt very comfortable. Not least because of the great care by Marco, who represented John well.
