The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

Marie and her house are very welcoming. Everything is done to feel at home. The essentials provided are very convenient. The house is very well organized so that 4 adults have their privacy and amenities. Our late arrival was no problem for our hostess to hand over the keys. Everything was perfect, up to the location that allowed us to discover Edinburgh, Glasgow ….

A lovely little oasis in Edinburgh, this is a great place to stay if you prefer tranquility and quiet. The place was clean and communication was great. No frills but you should have just about everything you need for a short stay in the city. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and closer to some lovely spots of nature and peace.

Exquisitely peaceful bedroom overlooking lush green gardens, Shelia’s place is clean and welcoming situated beside the canal walkway - which can bring you into town or perfect to unwind and enjoy some exercise while being close to nature. Sheila herself is warm and welcoming and such a helpful host. Cannot recommend highly enough 5stars ++

We stayed at 63 Moubray Grove, South Queensferry for a Buissines trip and found the property well presented clean and tidy with all the modern amenities you could wish for in a quiet residential area. The property is easy to get to with local shops very close by also Dalmeny train station within an easy walk away. Nicky was extremely helpful and quick, easy communication.

Great place for the 6 of us, with the en suite bathrooms and bedrooms being on the back of the property, sleeping was great - Quiet, blackout shades, comfy beds. Spacious, so we never felt like we were crowded together. Location is perfect for all things Edinburgh.

This spot was absolutely perfect for our visit to Edinburgh! Easy to walk everywhere, a supermarket just a couple blocks up the street for necessities, and amazing castle views. The apartment was clean and well-equipped.

This apartment was everything everyone else has said about it. To arrive and see the view from the lounge was draw-dropping. The welcome package was very much appreciated, the best so far. The bus stop right outside was perfect and made trips into the city so easy. The village has some wonderful pubs which we enjoyed. The 2 flights of stairs were a bit of a challenge to get our suitcases up, and once up there the apartment is single level. David was really responsive and sorted out a heating issue immediately. The shower is walk-in, which is easier than being over a bath. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Enjoyed our stay! James was helpful and informative. The location is good, walking distance to attractions but also in a quieter area.

Perfect with good and close to bus connections. Everything for breakfast was very much appreciated. We two oldtimers recommend this home.

Great flat with central location. Very handy for us, as had a meal planned in the Italian restaurant which the house look into. Great food! Shame about some of the near by buildings in a dilapidated state. Otherwise excellent flat in central Falkirk. Very homely and the kids loved to play in the wee cupboard in the twin room :)

Absolutely must book this stay for the location alone! It’s close to everything in Old Town and made walking everywhere a breeze. Bernard was very responsive and helpful when we had any issues. Plus the neighbor across from the flat, Cathy and her dog Douglas, were a delight. Also the apartment itself was clean and the bed was very comfy. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at David’s place was really smooth! Check-in was easy with clear instructions, and the flat was just as described. At first, I found the bathroom layout a bit unusual, one of them was quite small, but it wasn’t a problem at all. The place is well heated, cosy, and communication with David was straightforward. I’d happily stay here again if I needed to.

Natasha's place served as the perfect base for me and my wife to explore Edinburgh, Glasgow and surroundings. Well furnished kitchen, spacious bathroom and a big and comfortable bed was all we needed after a long day of walking and sightseeing. We highly recommend it!

The place is very suitable for an Edinburgh stay if you don't want to stay directly in the city. Excellent bus connection. Right at your doorstep. Small cozy room with bathroom. No kitchen, yet everything is available and Katrina will provide you with excellent food for breakfast

A lovely couple, both very welcoming and at the same time respectful of my need for space (I was on a course and needed quiet time to study). The neighborhood felt very safe and it was interesting to feel kinship with them through lives well travelled, theirs and mine.

This location was incredibly convenient for public transport, with a bus stop right outside the entrance. There were plenty of local supermarkets nearby and the surroundings were lovely. The host( Catherine) was exceptionally kind and always ready to help. The room was spotless and well-equipped—even an EU-UK adapter was provided. Breakfast was great as well. I highly recommend this wonderful Airbnb to everyone ^_^

Great place when you want to visit Edinburgh which is a 15-minute drive away. The room was clean, en-suite bathroom small but functional. Good quality bed. And great breakfast. I recommend the place!

Samantha was very welcoming and the atmosphere was relaxed. We had stayed there before and enjoyed our stay then so decided to stop off again this time. Samantha is an exceptional host and we look forward to visiting her again. The accomodation was comfortable and immaculate.
