Vacation rentals with breakfast in Scotland

Booked Katrina's place for a group of colleagues who were working in the area, great stay and great communication. Will book again in future.

Joanne was very kind and friendly. Her home is stunning and she made sure we had everything we needed. Bedroom was large with a comfy bed. She even laid out breakfast for us in the morning.

Fiona is a pleasant and welcoming host. The house is beautiful and the location is very beautiful. If you need to stop in the area, choose this B&B!

Maureen made us feel like we had known her for ages. She was warm and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the room was comfortable and quiet, and we were well placed to enjoy most of Skye. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Maureen is a lovely lady, it's a wonderful spot with privacy and everything you need. recommended. the kitchen facilities are fantastic instant hot water all the utensils you'd need or want even foil and cling film!

Patricia was so helpful and kind during my stay! She provided a map of the city, easy transportation instructions, and recommended some local spots to check out. Really enjoyed my comfortable stay and our kitchen chats :)

Clean, tidy and everythimg you could need for a comfortable stay. Will return for more exploring of Northumberland.

Ann was lovely. Her Bnb was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic! And this Bnb is only 5 mins from the ferry to the isle of Skye.

Lovely little apartment located in a great spot on the river. We stopped in one night and ended up getting a pint and dinner at the waterfront which was a minute down the road - highly recommend. For the apartment, it was very cozy and served us well. Our experience was enhanced by Rebecca who went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Overall great stay and recommend to all.

We had three wonderful days with Kathryn as a couple. Their hospitality warmed our heart and we found the love for detail that put in the apartment to be admirable :) The view of the Ben Nevis, the peace and the bathtub were a dream. Thank you for having us Kathryn!

The place was very lovely and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were tired from a day of travelling and the apartment even had enough ingredients for us to cook up a simple meal. Would love to be back!

Zuzana as a host went above and beyond. We were traveling with our ten month old and when we arrived there was a high chair, toys, and a pack and play set up. We were extremely thankful for her hospitality. If we are ever in Inverness again we will 100% be using her space.

Location! Location! Location! This ground level apartment was very convenient to the Tesco next door, restaurants around the corner and more right across the river. Easy parking in the Tesco parking lot, quiet at night, lovely fittings and furnishings, great water pressure in the shower- all in all a wonderful place to stay!

Great place and close to the city centre as well which is only around 10 min walk across the peace bridge. Really nice restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is very peaceful.

Really clean and spacious room in a bed and breakfast near the Loch. There are nice cafes and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and som fantastic walking trails. The room is nice and big, and the bathroom, while on a separate floor, is quite large and properly appointed. A nice breakfast is served in the morning and Juliet is very friendly!

Gillian’s place is located in a beautiful area. She was very friendly and provided a pleasant breakfast.

Ms Rebecca, her husband, her dad and their friend Tim were the best people ever! We had a lot of fun in their company. They gave us lots of recommendations for what to see and where to eat. The room was spotless, cozy and comfortable. Breakfasts were awesome and there were lots of options of what you wanted to it. We loved it there, so thank you for having us! 😊

My husband and I had a lovely time staying here. The view from the breakfast room was amazing. Our hosts went out of their way to give of recommendations for hikes and food trucks in the area. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Definitely recommend!

perfect Bed and Breakfast for a night's rest before our arrival on Skye. Janet is very welcoming and considerate, the accommodation is located in a very beautiful region of Scotland with beautiful beaches and cliffs!

A lovely couple. Yvonne has put her heart and soul into her home and the “accommodations” and it shows. Just excellent. Very knowledgeable about those local spots of interest you truly want to see and enjoy. This included great recommendations for meals in the area too. Will stay here again in a heart beat. Breakfast was perfect. We felt at home.

We stayed three days with Rob and Yvonne, were greeted warmly and shown about. Breakfasts were varied and tasty. Dunedin B&B is a great place from which to investigate the Isle or for a relaxing time away. You might ask Rob about whiskey porridge.
