Vacation rentals with a patio in Costa de Almería

The apartment is nice and has spectacular light and views. It is also perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. A 10 for cleanliness. Luis and Antonio were attentive at all times. They answered our questions and offered us all kinds of suggestions. They were really helpful. We fell in love with the area and the house. We'll be back!

Very comfortable accommodation with free parking next to the house, they made our stay an entire experience to consider for future visits, the Host made our stay very easy and it is to be appreciated for their collaboration, we will repeat again!!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very good, very large and spacious. It has a very nice patio if you travel with children! Very quiet residential area without noise. We have been very comfortable. Paqui is always attentive at all times we have even asked you for information about restaurants and at the moment she has advised us several. Everything is perfect!

Spectacular apartment, three bedrooms, two bathrooms living room, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned by ducts and a terrace overlooking the pool. All furnished and willing to enjoy it. Possibly in one of the best areas of Almeria very close to the cat cape and its beaches and villages. Great!!

Cristian welcomed us very warmly into his home, with a lot of kindness and attention. Cristian's apartment is undoubtedly better than the photos he has published, with careful attention to detail and above all, very clean. Equipped with all possible things. The mountain views are very nice and the atmosphere in the pool is very good. I would definitely come back!!

Clean apartment, well located and with everything you need to spend a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is one pass. The communal pool is large and with the hot water, it's great for kids. The beach is very close and there are also shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking lot, the square is very large and is in front of the access door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to repeat. Christina is a great host. The apartment was as described and well equipped.

Very nice house, local to the port and shops Stayed end on march so little cold for the pool. But the pool an area was clean.

Everything was perfect with regard to the accommodation however we were out of season so there was very little to offer a lot of trade and closed restaurant.... But Alvaro was great!! Slight smell on the couch so we bought air freshening spray

Antonio is a host of 10, very attentive, pleasant and very helpful. The house is spacious, perfect for groups and large families.

Everything was great. Maybe let older people or people with mobility issues know that it has narrow stairs to access the apartment. The place has everything you need for a great stay. Alicia is very attentive. The apartment has a lot of light and is quiet. The Sunday market is just around the corner and is very interesting. Restaurants, the market square, beaches… very close. The pool is wonderful and I was informed that it is open year-round. The place is recommended. We had a great time. Thanks Alicia

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Everything was perfect, the studio, the location, the facilities and the treatment received from Rodrigo. Great and very comfortable.... I'm sure we'll repeat...

Ruairi was a fantastic host and very quick to respond and very accommodating, allowed us to gain access early and allowed us a late checkout. There has been a nationwide power outage today and he was straight on to me, saying we could go back if we were stuck. A real gentleman.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.
