The winter garden is the gem of the house, a wonderful green oasis where you can relax. Near all the most important services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, trattorias, bars and pubs in the historic center, our apartment is an ideal solution to enjoy a peaceful corner while being in the center of Catania nightlife. ROOMS The sleeping area has been designed to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Each room is equipped with modern fixtures, a very comfortable memory foam double bed and a queen-size sofa bed. In addition, each guest will have a workstation for recharging their electronic devices. LIVING ROOM In our spacious and welcoming living area, you can relax reading one of the many books made available for our guests or watch movies and TV series in the 55 "Smart TV, equipped with terrestrial channels and digital" Fire TV "support that will allow you to access to popular streaming platforms like Prime Video, Netflix, Infinity and DAZN. KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils to meet your every need: stove, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, kettle, scale, toaster and iron. You will also find some essential ingredients for cooking such as: oil, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and other spices as well as a variety of teas and herbal teas. BATHROOM: In our lovely bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel dispensers, a hair dryer, a sewing kit and a first aid kit. OUTDOOR SPACE: In our winter garden, in addition to enjoying our fabulous green corner, adorned with beautiful plants, you can also use the washing machine. The Green apartment Catania is located a few steps from the most important tourist attractions of the historic center: Cathedral 400 meters, Roman Theater 50 meters, Ursino Castle 400 meters, Via Crociferi 400 meters, La Pescheria 400 meters, Roman Amphitheater 850 meters, Benedictine Monastery 400 meters, Church of San Nicolò Arena 400 meters. The nearest bus stop is just 50 meters away, and the apartment is 700 meters from the bus station of Piazza Paolo Borsellino, bus departure and arrival point for all the most important destinations of the city and stop of the "Alibus", the bus that allows you to reach the city center from the airport and vice versa. The nearest Metro stop is 1 km away (Stesicoro Station). Casa teo è uno spazio ampio ed arioso che si affaccia su un giardino soleggiato e ben attrezzato. Gode di una vista di mare a perdita d’occhio, direttamente sulla Riviera dei Ciclopi. L’arredamento è essenziale ed elegante, semplice ma funzionale, ogni particolare ben curato. L’appartamento , quasi interamente rivolto verso il mare, è una recente ristrutturazione di una casa del primi del 900 : -la zona pranzo/soggiorno dà direttamente sul giardino ed è attrezzata per ogni necessità -la camera da letto matrimoniale ha un bagno esclusivo -un ulteriore soggiorno dispone di due divani letto e di un altro bagno. Il parcheggio è privato, così come la discesa al lungomare Scardamiano di AciCastello, ricco di stabilimenti balneari forniti di ogni servizio. Si può raggiungere a piedi il centro di Acitrezza in pochi minuti.
