We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. The Black Rose Rooftop is a bright cosy studio flat just on the edge of the old town, close to all main attractions of the city e.g. 2 min to Picasso's birthplace, Teatro de Cervantes and Plaza Merced where you will find all kinds of restaurants and bars. However, when you come back to the Black Rose you leave all the buzz behind and hardly realize that you are located in the city center, especially when you chill out on the terrace with amazing views and a very comfortable chill out corner.

Rustic air between Alpujarreño and Marroquí, it is a very cool house in summer and warm in winter, in addition to a pellet stove it has a large fireplace and a lot of natural shade from deciduous trees on the terrace. The house is perfectly equipped with all the kitchenware, linens, and towels. From the house to the village it is a three-minute drive or a 10-minute walk along a path. ***Pets will only be allowed with prior notice to the hosts and will incur an additional fee***

You'll love my place because it's the perfect place to spend a few quiet days and enjoy pleasant walks along the Mamut route. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and pets. The owners live near the farmhouse for any incidents or needs. Accommodation for a maximum of 4 people, although an additional sofa bed can be prepared. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, it is not shared and is operational from April to October

From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. The house is a place of peace and tranquility from where it is easy to go hiking in the mountains, the countryside, sea shores or go visit Andalusian tourist cities.
