The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, and there is 1 sofa bed (2×2 m) that is very comfortable as a 3rd bed. In 15 minutes, you can hike through the vineyards to reach Seußlitzer Castle. The Elbe cycle path is only 400 metres away from us. You can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. perfect . Wine tasting in our own wine cellar for 4 or more people, parking and Bicycles and e-bikes are free of charge.

You will stay on 75 square meters, in a lovingly renovated, state-of-the-art old building apartment in industrial style, with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, cozy bedrooms with smart TV and a noble living room with dining area. The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Die Reinigungsgebühr von 30€ ist in bar zu hinterlegen. Buchungen ab dem 28.01.26 enthalten diese Kosten.

The apartment is located on the second floor (bel étage) in an old building from 1905, which has been lovingly and stylishly restored. All rooms are spacious. From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.
