It's a nice apartment! There were two of us and that was fine. A lovely bed, nice shower and equipped with every comfort. The communication with Steevie was pleasant, he is friendly and responds quickly.

Very good location in front of the harbour. Everything was clean and in perfect order, especially the crockery (which you often have to clean again), in which case it was spotless. Large and very comfortable bed with very nice sheets. I didn't use the couch much but it was also very comfortable. Good quality wine glasses are appreciated. I would like to repeat next month but I see that the days are already busy, too bad. Super recommended.

Perfect accommodation for one or two nights when you are a couple and two children; very close to the Christmas market perfect for walking. Easy to access and convenient accommodation. Very responsive host! Delighted with our little weekend at Barcares.

Had a brilliant week in Saint Cyprien. Book this place and you won’t be disappointed !! Apartment had a fantastic view of The Mediterranean as it is right on the Beach - Our Dog was in heaven running and playing with other Dogs on his walks. Lots of Restaurants and Bars all within walking distance although because of it being early in the Season some places were not yet open. We walked down to The Port and had a few Meals at the Restaurants down there - Very nice. Lovely Market right outside our door on Friday which has lots of nice products for sale. A very complete accommodation for a couple. There was no elevator, so we continually had to go downstairs to close the door when people came or called. Otherwise, very clean and original.

A few very pleasant days spent at Sandra and Sylvain's. Very comfortable and tastefully furnished farmhouse. Thanks to Sandra for her responsiveness during our exchanges and to Elodie during our departure (and for the rousquilles on our arrival😊).

Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

Beautiful accommodation with sea views with the large glass window in the living room and also in the master bedroom. South terrace and sheltered on the kitchen entrance side when the tramontane blows. Beautiful decoration throughout the spacious accommodation with everything you need to cook. No car needed to go to the port to the shops and restaurants of port Vendres and Collioure 15 minutes away. Departure of hikes from the house and Lidl trade next to the residence. We had a great time at Brice's house. The house is clean , well equipped in an ideal location, close to the sea and the city center. The bedding is excellent , and Brice is a very welcoming and available host. Banyuls is a nice discovery for us , it's nice to live and it's quiet in this season . We recommend .

We had a great time at the Cabanon with our French bulldogs. We thank Alexandra for all the care available in the accommodation, including for our pets. We felt at the Cabanon like we were at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and very well located. I highly recommend if we come back to the area we will go to Alexandra's Cabanon again where calm and serenity reign. We had a lovely stay when we returned to Port Leucate. We enjoyed the sea view from the living room. In this spring, the slightly cool tramontane deprived us of meals on the terrace with magnificent sea or mountain views. Waking up in the morning to the view of Snowy Canigou Mountain was a real joy. Listing is as described. Communication with our host is perfect. As we chose the plane as our means of transportation, we appreciated the linens provided and the beds made upon our arrival. Thank you for the home that allowed us to have a great stay.

Alexandra communicates beforehand so that check-in goes smoothly, with photos to "guide" herself very easily in the residence. The Property was impeccably clean (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). The apartment is well equipped, access to the Leucate pond is immediate. No complaints.

We spent 3 days in the house very August, it is cozy and the kitchen super equipped, you find yourself at home! from the window you see the lagoon, that there is a quiet walk to walk around. Good location to Noel's Villa which is a 5min drive away. Narbonne at 45min, visit the castle, cathedral and market. Anne is very friendly and thoughtful, lovely! thank you for everything

The owners are very welcoming,the accommodation is very well located, the view is excellent when you wake up. All shops are within walking distance. i highly recommend it

Clean apartment very well equipped, spacious, very well arranged, not to mention its breathtaking sea view🌊. Small suggestion despite everything, a railing for this beautiful terrace would be more reassuring for the small ones😉.
