Vacation rentals with beach access in Cotswold District

Had a super stay, beautiful views, lovely apartment, perfect for my stay, easy to find and check in, David was very responsive with the instructions etc

We booked this place for my dad while he was moving house, so it needed to be on the ground floor, easy to access and a good location. It was all these things, and Katherine was a great host. We had an issue with the internet half way through the stay which meant that he had no internet connection at all, this was a problem with the provider that was not able to be resolved despite her many attempts. In every other respect Katherine was a great host and the house was very tidy and comfortable.

We stayed a wonderful week at Marie's apartment, it is much more spacious than the pictures show. It is very clean and everywhere is spotless. The beds are very comfortable and having a bathroom and a wet room is a bonus. it's only 6 minute walk to the dog friendly beach and about 20 minutes along the promenade to The Pier. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and Marie kindly leaves you with added extras, milk, bread, jams, biscuits and cereal. Marie is a very responsive and an excellent Host. We hope to return sometime.

Everything is good and the location is very closed to beach and high street with walking distance.

Would definitely recommend as close to parks and beach.

We had a great stay, the flat has all you need. it’s spacious and bright. Very close to the town and sea. Very well maintained.

A lovely comfortable place to stay in a beautiful area. Sarah is a friendly and helpful host, and I have returned to this property on a number of occasions because I like it so much.

Great location with high end shops, bars & restaurants on your doorstep and a short walk downhill to the pier & seafront. No issue parking & enjoyed eating at the tapas overlooking the sea with a beautiful sunset. The apartment is very homely and stylish with the high ceilings and shutters in the main room. Need to take care on the stairs to the different levels but well designed. Would recommend.

Fantastic stay at cherry tree house! House was in excellent condition and had all the amenities needed for an excellent time. Host was very friendly and responsive. Showed us how to make our own pizzas on the pizza oven which was awesome. Really reccomend for anyone looking to explore the local area or just chill out for a few days. Thankyou so much for a lovely stay!

Lovely stay in this little lakeside house. Clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Not the most peaceful lake - watersports going on outside during the afternoon, but it wasn’t a problem for us - quiet by evening! Really enjoyed the local Lakeside restaurant for a dog friendly dinner as well.

The property was perfect for what we needed for visiting friends in the area. Plenty of room for families with children. Unfortunately through no fault of Lyam’s the combi boiler decided to not give us hot water after one shower but Lyam organised British Gas to come out and this was fixed within hours of letting Lyam know and it didn’t effect any of our 6 day stay. Excellent communication and speedy to resolve issues. The residential street was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay.

lovely stay and our children had the best time, especially when watching all the DVDs and playing the games on offer! fabulous master bedroom and comfy bed.

We had such a lovely family stay at Pearls place for a wedding at clevedon hall (a 10 min walk away). I’ll start by saying the house is BEAUTIFUL! The photos really don’t do it justice. It had everything we needed and more and felt right at home as soon as we stepped in. All the bedrooms were so comfy and being on a quiet street, slept incredibly well. The house is in the perfect location, within walking distance of a great selection of pubs, restaurants and with an incredible coffee shop just round the corner (Fawn, 100% recommend). There were some great recommendations of things to do in the welcome pack. Pearl was really helpful with any questions we had and responded very quickly. Thank you Pearl! We all left very relaxed and will definitely be back!

Lovely weekend away in Bristol and a reunion for my wife and I with my adult 2 sons and their GFs while my daughter is studying at UoB and lived close by. Our dog came too! Good to be close to the Downs and walking distance to Clifton and Bristol City centre. The house was plenty big enough and has been nicely renovated. David, our host, was very helpful with all the admin and recommendations for nice places to eat, pubs and local amenities.

We had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and much nicer and bigger than the photos in my opinion. The host was really responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a trip with friends or family. Kitchen has more than enough glasses/pots/pans etc which was really helpful when cooking a meal for 6. Lovely space and I will be back :-)

Perfect space for a few days. Spotlessly clean and everything I needed was there. Karen was quick at communicating and really accommodating by allowing us entry into the house a little bit early after our schedule changed. Would stay again!

A fantastic Airbnb I would recommend it to anyone. All mod cons in the room. Fantastic garden that you can sit in and enjoy the sunshine A fantastic breakfast menu which I wanted to try, but unfortunately didn’t fit in with my schedule.

Dawns apartment was incredible! The decor was absolutely stunning, in fact we have taken inspiration from it for our own home. The bed was by far one of the most comfortable…we even took pictures of the labels of the pillows and ordered some for ourselves ☺️ Everything was of the highest standard and I can’t recommend this apartment enough. Brilliant host and stunning accommodation!

Great stay at this apartment- even better than the picture advertised we thought! Susan was great at responding to us, and was even happy allowing us to check out later (at no extra cost too) to help accommodate our toddler’s lunch before we traveled home. We will definitely be back!

We spent our Christmas Days in Silver’s lovely apartment. The most impressive is the stunning view over the bay. Absolutely fantastic. The accommodation is very clean, beautiful designed and with a lovely fire place. We extremely enjoyed our stay. Silver is a lovely person. There are many things to do and see in that area. Unfortunately, we had nasty weather over Christmas. But, that was no problem, because we enjoyed to spend our time in the lovely apartment with the fire place and Apple TV. Thank you Silver!

This was the perfect place to spend a week for my birthday walking the Somerset coast! Very spacious and spotless, perfect location close to the train station and bus stops, good places to eat nearby (we tried Sakura and Olea at the end of the week, just delicious!). Great to have a footrest by the sofa to rest achy feet and knees; big fluffy bathrobes were also provided, the towels were also big and fluffy. Very spacious bed and bedroom, the bed was very comfortable and wide, great comfy feather duvet and pillows! Very quiet area and neighbourhood, only heard seagulls overnight once in 8 nights. Thank you so much also for the treats in the cookie jar, very welcome after long days walking! Would have liked a 2 point portable hob instead of just the one, but appreciate the kitchen space is a little limited and managed to work meals out ok. Perhaps a fixed ceramic hob top might work, as would not require a whole hob unit? Just a thought :-) Thank you so much once again for everything!

Beautiful spacious apartment with the balcony being an extra little bonus. Well located and was only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The apartment had everything that you needed and was well equipped! The rooms were so spacious and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us! Checking in was so easy and I would definitely recommend staying here. Can’t wait to go back 🤩
