The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Lovely and independent lower level apartment in a split level house, located in a peaceful end street, 10 minutes from Downtown Hendersonville and 30 minutes from Asheville. This is a great space for 2 or 3 guests, with a full kitchen and bath, living room and laundry room. Please note that my wife and I live upstairs.
