For holidays or work, access is quick via the A10 a few minutes away. Located in the countryside, in a place called, you can find all amenities a few km drive away. Equipped with a connected TV, Wi-Fi you can access your Netflix or other accounts if you wish.

Ideally located for a stopover during your journeys on the A10 motorway. For a couple, with one or two children (Bultex sofa bed)

25 km from Futuroscope, 15 min from Poitiers south, in a small village, apartment for 2 people with a 140 bed, bathroom, table and chairs, free parking, closed kitchen in a room outside: fridge, electric plate, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, sink. A beautiful outdoor space with barbecue and shared pool (10 a.m. to 8 p.m. unheated) open from 06/07/25 to 09/07/25. Self check-in after 4pm. No TV, no wifi. Pets not allowed.

A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
