Charming single-story house located in La Flotte en Ré, close to the port and the center 10 minutes away and Arnerault Beach 5 minutes away. Completely renovated during the winter of 2023. The 50 m² accommodation is very bright, it consists of a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a bedroom, a second bed is possible in the living room.
