Caroline and Gilles' place is really nice; sleeping in a former station hall is not common and our children loved it. The little extra is that this accommodation is a mini museum since Caroline and Gilles bargain-hunted in flea markets and the internet to find plenty of old railway equipment and this does not prevent them from hosting a family with three boys!!! Well done!!! The condition of the accommodation is impeccable, everything is tidy and everything has a place. Finally, the location is very interesting, we spent three days in Périgord Noir with its castles, rivers, garden, bastides, forests, cities... We would therefore fully recommend this listing!

Great centrally located Périgueux apartment exactly as described. We used the apartment as long term base and were extremely happy to be in heart of enchanting historic district. Well equipped kitchen, with newly installed boiler. Comfortable bedrooms and great internet and TV. Very cool in summer heat. Highly recommend the nearby Le Troquet restaurant and Boukie’s Anglophone bookshop on Rue Taíllefer has English-French conversation group on Fridays at 17.30. Our host Florence and her son Charles were always extremely kind and helpful - we are very grateful to them. Will always have special memories of our stay here and Périgueux is a great base to explore the beautiful Dordogne.

Very nice accommodation and ideally located opposite the Salnt Front Cathedral in the center of Périgueux, close to restaurants and a few hundred meters from the greenway on the edge of the Isle. I have already visited this accommodation several times and will come back to it each time I pass through Périgueux. In addition, Marie is very nice.

Lovely duplex in the heart of Perigueux close to amenities, restaurants and the local market. Maeva is a very friendly host and reliable.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Gregoire was very responsive and available, which made our experience enjoyable. The apartment is well located, close to everything, which is a great asset. The only small downside would be the lack of windows, but the VMC does its job well and ensures good ventilation. There are sometimes some pipe smells, but they are quite rare and do not spoil the experience. Plus, the hot tub makes it easy to forget these small inconveniences! We'll be happy to go back!

The property is in pristine condition with beautiful stone walls, large rooms and exteriors. The city center is within a minute walk and offers plenty to visit and enjoy. Strongly recommend!

Beautiful experience in the Maison d'Angel: the accommodation is superb, spacious and well furnished and decorated. The setting, garden and forest are very pleasant. Everything has a lot of charm: a timeless break! Excellent hosting and special touches throughout the stay from Michèle.

We had a wonderful stay at La Grange. It's a haven of peace: quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The building is beautiful, spacious and decorated with taste. Everything is perfectly equipped, which allowed us to fully enjoy our first vacation with baby. We had the chance to enjoy splendid weather, ideal for enjoying the beautiful pool and enjoying delicious breakfasts and lunches on the terrace. We leave rested and won over. Beautiful house, quiet, in a peaceful and very green environment. Large well-maintained lot and beautiful organization of the exteriors (small shaded barbecue table area, close to the pool. Recommended for a truly relaxing holiday.

excellent stay in a beautiful environment suitable for children (even small). Many visits to do nearby which allowed us to enjoy the holidays despite the rainy weather. The exteriors are very nice, with the first rays of sunshine, we could eat outside!

Lovely rustic home, as described and shown. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. A short walk into the village although a shame some of the restaurants have closed, so check if you intend to eat out, Le Chai is a lovely traditional restaurant. Brigitte is close at hand, but lets you get on with your break. Plenty of places to visit nearby, some great bastide towns.

Very pleasant stay that was what we were looking for. Quiet but close to the highways to discover the region. Pleasant and discreet host. House with all the comforts and amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Terrace just for us overlooking the garden in the back of the house. the house stays cool despite the hot summer. i recommend it!
