Tranquil Cottage on the ring of Kerry and the Wild Atlantic Way, with spectacular views. the Cottage has been recently refurbished. There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen,with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer,electric cooker with oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sunroom/dining room looking out to the mountain views all around. the bathroom is newly refurbished with a spacious shower, a toilet and wash hand basin. there are 2 bedrooms. one doube, one twin. With spectacular sea views and nestled under the Curra Mountain, Driftwood is a SEMI-detached, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house within 5 mins walk of Rossbeigh beach. Free car parking is available. Driftwood is located on the Wild Atlantic Way and on the Kerry Walkway. Killarney is 33kms and Dingle is 80 kms. We are 7 kms to the fabulous Dooks Golf Course. Policy: Only the number of persons booked as stated on the booking form are allowed to stay. There is also no smoking or pets allowed.

The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!

Our newly refurbished spacious farmhouse is located in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by fields which boasts a wonderful backdrop of The MacGillycuddy Reeks. This house is situated on a site of its own with a big back garden which is perfect for relaxing in or playing a game of soccer. The garden is facing the mountains with a southern aspect so is also a perfect place to simply relax, unwind and soak up the peaceful scenic surroundings .

Set on a gentle slope, with panoramic views down to Dingle Bay and across to the Ivreagh peninsula, and the Conor Pass at the rear, our house is a quiet and restful place. The field on one side has an ancient 'standing stone' and looks towards the village of Lispole . On the other side is Dingle, 4km away with its sheltered harbour. In the fields on the headland opposite and nearby there are ring forts and standing stones.
