Welcome to my one bedroom contemporarily decorated ground floor space. A bedroom with a king-size bed, a toilet and an open bath, and a tea area are all private for you. Ideally situated at Marston, the house is located in a quiet area and provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital. One off road free parking is available. House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event.

Beautiful flat a short walk from city centre

The basement flat is small but ideal for short stays. Steep stairs down, not suitable for mobility problems. Empty the day before guests arrive and the cleaning is thorough. The kitchen has a microwave/oven/grill, fridge, hob, kettle and most things you will need. There is a dining table,2 chairs and a sofa bed for one person Shower-room has shower,washbasin, toilet,towel rail radiator.
