Cosy double room with a standard 4'6" double bed and dual control fleece electric blanket, en-suite shower and a glorious view across the marina. Tea and coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer and free WiFi access are available in the room, which has direct access onto the small garden and patio with a table and chairs. Complimentary continental breakfast is included, and will be left on a tray outside the room each morning . On-drive parking is available for guests.

The house is also within easy walking distance of the Reading Festival. The guest accommodation is on the ground floor; the bedroom is directly opposite the front door.
