The accommodation matches the photos, very clean and perfectly located, a few minutes walk from the beach. Vanessa is very responsive and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time, thanks for everything! Small downside for families with infants: there is no high chair or mattress in the crib. Apart from that, everything was spotless. Highly recommend this apartment ++.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. The house is totally up to the description. The layout and interior services have been neat, the kitchen is very well provided for real kitchen, qualitative bedding and the clean spa/sport area! Nothing to say. The environment well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, is peaceful. To get around the car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without a second thought 👍

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The decor is charming, cozy and very personal, quite untypical for a vacation home. We particularly enjoyed the superbly equipped kitchen, which is tastefully integrated into the apartment. The small courtyard is also great when the weather is good. We felt very comfortable - unreserved recommendation for the vacation home!

We had a lovely stay with our 4 and 5 year olds. Dominique is very welcoming and warm! The accommodation is very comfortable, quiet while being close to all amenities (city center, beaches). Great location to mop around the island. We would recommend it unreservedly!

Very clean and well-equipped apartment (everything is well thought out, there was even the blanket for the dog) The road is slightly noisy and you can hear the neighbors above at times. the check-in is late and the check-out is early, but it is clearly stated in the listing. we were able to come an hour rather what represents (3-11pm)

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

Super pleasant apartment to live in, with a simply extra sea view! The terrace is really nice all the time: in summer, we live outside and with the sea breeze. Only downside: small smells of sewage not very pleasant in the apartment, this was reported to the person who takes care of the arrivals and departures.

We loved the place totally as described even bigger than imagined! Clean and well-equipped . The central location on the island made it very easy to visit. The house is very bright and bathed in sunshine. The place is very quiet conducive to rest. Fanny is very responsive in her responses. We are delighted with the stay.
