  • Sound Bathing in a Wilderness Tipi
I'm hosting a unique Wellbeing Tipi Temple at a very special location hidden in the cliffs of north Cornwall. Guests can visit the tipi for 1:1, pair or small (under 5) group sessions, which are focused around a meditative, relaxing sound bath and also integrate crystal healing, reiki, and intuitive insights (which use tarot, oracle and astrology to offer soul development and guidance), all shared in the wild. The tipi is located at a very special private venue where there are 45 acres of natural magic to explore after your session - wild waterfalls, opportunities to forage for natural crystals, views out to the Atlantic and mining ruins - as well as plenty of coffee and community to connect with on your visit. **ASTROLOGY** - I usually like to prepare guests' natal charts in advance to help me steer the session. This is optional! If you WOULD like me to do so, please message full names, date, time and place of birth to me at least 48hrs before your session. Please note that this is for insight only and is NOT a full astrological reading. Other things to note: Part of the magic of the experience is being off grid - the site has no electricity and not a lot of phone signal. Please make sure you wear weather appropriate footwear/clothing. Plan for a little integration time after your session - there's plenty of space to relax and reflect before hitting the road.

  • A Real Surfing Experience in Bude
Meet your instructor at Widemouth Beach (Not Blackrock) by the Freewave Surf Academy surf trailer which is at the top of the steps to the beach and by the RNLI Lifeguard hut. You will get you suitably sized up with a toasty warm wetsuit, soft surfboard, leash and identity vest before heading down on to the sand. Here we have a discussion about communication in the water, safety as well as some interesting facts about the beautiful Widemouth Bay. You will also learn about how to catch and ride waves safely. Before hitting the surf we get our bodies ready with a good warm-up and possibly a bit of beach yoga. Then its time to hit the surf and to see what surfing is all about. Other things to note Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time.

  • North Cornwall Coast and History Walk
I will guide you on a gorgeous circular route in Morwenstow taking us out to the coastpath and to some of the Southwest's most remote, wild and spectacular terrain, which has a rich and fascinating history. This route is short, but is designed to to take you to as many beautiful and interesting places as possible. We will start and end the tour at a historic 13th Century Inn which makes a great place to grab a bite or a drink afterwards. Along the way we will take in the incredible views, stop at some amazing local spots and learn about the rich and wild history of an area best known for shipwrecks, smuggling and eccentric poets. We will visit the beautifully situated Morwenstow church, go out to the towering cliffs with magnificent views along the coast, to a tiny shipwreck-wood shelter built into the cliff face in the 1800's, and return via a peaceful woodland, which feels a world away from the wild coastline. This route is for people on limited time, families with smaller children, or those wanting a short walk. Please note the return via the woodland valley requires a descent and ascent on a steep trail with steps, but this can be avoided by returning on a flat lane, making the entire route very easy. If you would like a longer walk, see www.airbnb.co.uk/experiences/275383 Distances: 1.5 miles without woodland valley 1.9 with woodland valley +0.4 mil Other things to note The route is easy and flat walking (with option for two steep sections) but guests should have a reasonable level of fitness to walk up to 2 miles. Unfortunately the meeting point is near impossible to reach without a car, so please don't book this hike unless you have your own transport.

  • Discover the wild North Cornish coast
I will guide you on a gorgeous circular route in Morwenstow taking us through some of the Southwest's most remote, wild and spectacular terrain which has a rich and fascinating history. This route packs in a lot of different elements and includes a section along some of Cornwall's highest and wildest clifftops, follows a secluded hidden valley, and passes through peaceful meadows and ancient churchyards. Along the way you we will take in the incredible views, stop at some amazing local spots and learn about the rich and wild history of an area best known for shipwrecks, smuggling and eccentric poets. We will pass through Morwenstow church and it's spectacular clifftop setting and stop at Hawker's hut, a tiny shelter set into the cliff face which was built out of shipwrecked wood in 1843. The route will take between 1.5 and 2.5 hours depending on walking pace but the route can be changed easily to meet your needs. We can vary the distance of the tour as well, ranging from 1.5 mile route to a 4 mile one. www.goodmorningcaptain.co.uk/guided-walks for more photos and information Other things to note The route is for the most part easy walking but there are two short steeper sections. Guests should have a good level of fitness and be able to walk up and down steep steps and trails.
