Great location on the East Side of Providence, very walkable to Brown and nearby dining options within a 10 minute walk. Easy drive to anywhere in Providence. Very clear communication + instructions for the apartment.

Very clean pristine family like area Amazing design Only downside was the unit requires you to walk up more than 20 spiral stairs, passing very closed in doorway of two other units 1 and 2 and the listing is on the 3rd floor.

Steven could not have been nicer or more responsive. I needed a quick and simple place to stay while visiting my daughter at URI. Felt comfortable as a single female.

Really easy to book and S kept communication simple and easy. We have a seen a lot of bait and switches with the other owners of Wyndham properties in Newport. S was upfront and got us the space we wanted. The property is under construction so there were some issues with that, but it’s ending in September so future renters should be able to enjoy renovated pools and common spaces. Overall a great stay at a nice property. Thank you S!

I had an excellent stay at Nicole's apartment in Providence. The space was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic, close to great restaurants and easy highway access. Check-in was a breeze thanks to Nicole’s clear instructions. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay again.

Maxx’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It has everything you need all in one place. You can completely walk into newport and find more to do or walk across the street and watch the sunset. Will definitely recommend Maxx’s place to everyone!

Loft was exactly like the pictures definitely would book again !!

Just perfect! The location was close to downtown and easily walkable to city activities. The street was quiet with easy access to the freeway. While a small footprint, I had everything I needed in this 1b/1b. The bed was heaven; I slept like an angel the whole time. One suggestion, add a couple of basic kitchen items (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc) to make using the kitchen a little easier.

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

Beautiful location right on the marina in downtown Newport! The place was wonderful and just steps from all of the restaurants and shops in Newport!

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!

Even with the most detailed descriptions and instructions about any airbnb property, there can be things omitted, often unintentionally, but can be a real nuisance when trying to check in late at night after a long car ride, or when trying to plan your day. This was NOT the case with Eileen's home. Besides being beautiful, clean and in a great location, everything that we anticipated about the property based on the listing was 100% accurate and we didn't have to give a second thought about logistics or make any impromptu trips to get things we thought would be available at the home. We were able to focus solely on the itinerary we had and then kick back and relax in the evening with everything anyone could possibly need at our disposal. Great property, great location and great host. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you, Eileen!

Very unique and clean house with plenty of space for the family!

We loved our stay! It was in the perfect spot we needed it to be. It was clean, easy to find, and easy to check in/out. Tim was responsive and helped us with any questions we had. I highly recommend this air bnb. It was a beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our short stay! Location was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The ping pong table in the basement was a hit with the kids.

We enjoyed a short, pleasant stay at The Nautical Nest. We brought two granddaughters for a school vacation week getaway. Melissa’s place was clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient for outings to Newport, Watch Hill, and Providence. We highly recommend Mellisa’s home for a stay in southern Rhode Island!

The Lake House is gorgeous--beautifully designed inside and out. It is on a private lake, with a dock, a canoe, and kayaks. There were more than enough life jackets for everyone. The boys and their Opa (grandfather) had great fun fishing off the dock, and they caught a lot of fish, which they threw back. We had six adults, three children, plus an infant, and the house had a bedroom for everyone except the two boys, who were 11 and 8. Sharon graciously ordered new deluxe air mattresses for the boys. When I inquired about a hair dryer, she ordered a brand-new one for the house. Sharon was very responsive to issues we had with the house. She sent the maintenance man out the next morning to deal with the non-working air conditioner and humidifier. Our only frustration was with the luxury Verona stove. Even after we read the four pages of instruction in the house guidebook, we had challenges when using the oven. Sharon did offer to send the appliance service person out.

We had a great time. The house was nicely located to what we wanted to do during our stay. The place was clean and well stocked. We did not find a baking sheet, but after a text to Leonard, he quickly brought one to us. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the garden. The lighting along the path and at the door was great considering we got back after dark, it was nice to be able to see where we were going. All in all a great stay. I would stay here again.

Island Breeze was a dream come true. The house was spacious, clean and welcoming. The outdoor space was just as beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even my nine-year-old grandson gave it a top rating! We will definitely return to Island Breeze as we visit our family in Rhode Island.
