This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. By car or bus, Bordeaux is 25 km away. For vineyard lovers, there are plenty of famous places like Saint-Émilion nearby.
