Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Crespina

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Logement très propre et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Situé à moins d'un km des plages et dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et agréable, le logement est très bien situé. Francesco a été très accueillant. Merci pour ce séjour !

Vi njöt av våra dagar i Albas boende och vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka. Otroligt vacker omgivning, väldigt fint och välstädat boende och otrolig service av värdinnan. Ett boende som passar både barnfamiljer, par på genomresa och de som vill bo en längre period i det vackra Toscana.

El departamento es muy cómodo para 4 personas, es espacioso, puede se útil para estadías largas o cortas. Muy bien ubicado para visitar Firenze.

Ottimo soggiorno nella casa di Anna che ci ha accolto personalmente, posto auto privato molto bene. Appartamento perfetto posizione buona per il centro di S. Gimignano. Grazie Anna

Federico’s apartment was amazing! It exceeded our expectations. There was everything that one might need, including umbrellas, chargers, hair dryer, laundry detergent and more. The apartment building was quiet and the area felt very safe. A very cute coffee shop was right around the corner and Carrefour was just a few minutes away. Federico was a great host, always answering quickly and giving us a lot of tips about museums, churches and restaurants in Firenze. Absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Firenze :)

Great Host and a very comfortable and cozy home for our visit to Lucca. Nice and quiet spot and relaxing after our days walking the beautiful city inside the walls. So glad we chose this place and the Host was very responsive, welcoming and accommodating. Thanks again for making our Lucca visit perfect !!!!

Mimma’s place is the perfect place to stay in Firenze. It’s maybe 20 steps to the Duomo and very close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. You can’t beat the location and the rest of the city can be reached in just a few minutes. Her home was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was luxurious. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat. Logement proche de l’aéroport, de la gare et du centre-ville. Tout y est parfait ! L’appartement est au calme et bien équipé. Nous y avons très bien dormi. Daniela est très disponible, prend des nouvelles et donne des conseils de visites, de restaurants ou autres. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Nous avons adoré séjourner chez Federica ! L’emplacement est idéal et l’appartement est top ! L’ascenseur est un vrai plus Parole de jeune parents avec un bébé

Ce fut vraiment au-delà de nos attentes. Le logement est magnifique, bien équipé, surtout la salle de bain qui est grande et très commode. Nous vous recommandons cet endroit chaleureusement. L’hôte répond dans des délais très courts. Le quartier est calme et sécuritaire. Nous avons tout aimé!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro, a due passi dalla Galleria dell'Accademia, in una zona dove c'è meno affollamento di turisti. È un appartamento rinnovato di recente, ben arredato, confortevole, pulito e più ampio di quello che si percepisce dalle foto. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie per soggiorni medio-lunghi e Andrea, l'host, è stato molto ospitale e disponibile. Molto utile il piccolo ascensore, visto che l'appartamento si trova ai piani alti.

logement idéalement situé pour visiter Florence grâce au métro à 3min a pied nous arrivons en centre ville en 20min. logement propre et bien équipé avec des attentions comme produits de 1ere nécessité communication parfaite avec les hôtes place de parking est un gros plus

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento è stato semplicemente perfetto, super fornito di qualsiasi comodità che possa tornar utile per far sentire l'ospite come a casa, pulizia impeccabile e Nicoletta sempre disponibile, precisa nelle comunicazioni e super gentile nell'averci fatto trovare, al nostro arrivo, dei pensieri di benvenuto sia per noi adulti (vino chianti con due calici!!) e sia per le nostre piccole . sicuramente in futuro se decideremo di tornare dalle parti di Viareggio, sapremo dove andare!! appartamento e host super consigliati!!!

Francesca takes pride in her apartment. She lives next door, too. The apartment is well outfitted. The washer_dryer is a great addition. the walk-in shower is terrific. There is a loose outlet in the bathroom. what a great kitchen with great finishes. The appliances are all in excellent condition and clean; even a toaster. There are potholders, plastic wrap, foil. Francesca has done a great job as host.

Luca is a wonderful host and very responsive. His place was very easy to get to from Santa Maria Novella. The bed was comfortable and there were enough amenities in the kitchen to cook with. Bathroom had enough hot water. Host doesn’t provide soap or shampoo so you do need to pack your own. It was so easy to get to all the locations we wanted to in Florence from Luca’s place. We found the location quiet at night, and our infant was able to sleep well. We did have an issue with mosquitos the first night, but Luca was able to help us my providing some mosquito repellent.

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

What a wonderful property! You walk in the door and are immediately taken by the frescoes on the walls and the decor. The windows open to the streets below that are action packed in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to everything you could want to see. Lorenzo was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. He did everything he could to accommodate us. I highly recommend this property.
