Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space. Immersed in the greenery of the Pisan Chianti, a corner of paradise tastefully furnished to make your holiday comfortable and relaxing. A small panoramic swimming pool, exclusive use of guests, will enrich your stay.The house is located 1km from the town of Peccioli, 50 km from Florence and Lucca, 30 km from Pisa. There are many medieval villages to visit in the surrounding area such as Volterra and San Giminiano. Our three cats roam the property.

Villa Sottosopra - Il Limone

Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

Bel Canto Lari, exclusive, rural, Tuscan retreat

Charming first floor apartment in a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, accessed by external stone staircase. Relax by the pool or wander through 2 hectares of olive groves, orchards, and woodland. Take a short stroll to the Etruscan hill town of Lari, where you can enjoy a pastry in the piazza, visit the castle, or explore the Martelli pasta factory. I Sassi di Wally: country, art & sea!

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.

Casa Lori is a recently renovated 140 year old workers cottage nestled on the grounds of the main residence. It is situated a five minute walk to the centre of the historic village of Fauglia, where you can find great food, bars, a gelateria and grocery shops. Newly renovated open space, with garden, suitable for a relaxing stay. It has a double bed and a sofa bed for two; fully equipped kitchen. The windowed bathroom has a shower, bidet, linens and soaps. The living room is equipped with Smart TV and WiFi. Air conditioning and mosquito nets. Free parking next to the house, bus stop 30 meters away, also very close to supermarkets and other shops. In 5 minutes you can reach the center or Cisanello hospital.
