Had a perfect family vacation at this beautiful villa. Thanks to the great location, we were able to explore the whole island. Lidija was at our disposal day or night. The villa offers everything and much more for a perfect holiday. Thank you for the great time, we will definitely be back.

Myself and 8 friends had an amazing time at this villa. Duje and Jelena were the best hosts I’ve ever experienced and were super helpful throughout our stay. It was our first time in Split so they made us feel very welcome. The Villa itself was very clean and spacious with everything you’d need. It was exactly what we were looking for. It’s also near a shop and only a short drive into the town centre. We had the best time and will definitely be back !!

We have just returned from 4 nights in this villa and it was amazing, the photos don't do it justice. would strongly recommend for anyone. The villa is up in the hills but we had no problem getting an Uber when we wanted to go out so it offered the perfect blend of peaceful privacy with easy access to Split.

What a wonderful house and the hosts where there to welcome us. I can strongly recommend this house with the location just 15 minutes driving from Split City Center. The house is placed close to the Mountains and is very privately placed with a good view over the city. The owners of the house provided a very warm welcome to us at our arrival and was responding rapidly on our questions and excellent ideas for sightseeings in the area. If we return to Split we will for sure book this house again. Our best experience so far with Airbnb.

Great villa. Nice accommodation, fantastic pool and outside space with shades. I stayed here with my husband and 9 year old and my sister and her family. We all loved relaxing in and around the pool. It was a good base from which to explore the local area and we ventured across to Lopud (the beach at Senj is lovely - sandy and shallow) and into Dubrovnik old town. Uber is the best way to get around without a car, although the local bus service is also reliable and frequent. Petra gave us some great local recommendations- she was very helpful and knowledgeable. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

Words cannot describe this home. It is by far the best I have ever stayed in. Not just because of the high standard of the decor, the communication and interaction from the owner and host made you feel welcomed, it is perfect... Don't miss an opportunity to stay here. There are stairs but they are every where in Hvar and the luxury of the home makes the climb worth it. My 90yr old father in law done it with the aid of a stick, if he can do it so can you...

We enjoyed the time in Villa Lucella very much. We were 9 people, although the villa also offers relaxed space for 10-15 people. The accommodation with all the amenities corresponded 1:1 to the expectation and the pictures. Everything was very clean and modern. The landlord's parents live next door, which we perceived as rather positive and uncomplicated. We particularly liked the great sports facilities (beach volleyball, tennis incl. floodlight), which we used intensively as well as the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. We were also pleasantly surprised that each room had its own bathroom. The only negative criticism is the repeated smell of smoke in one of the bathrooms in connection with the grilling (came through the ventilation). All in all we had a great and uncomplicated week and would be happy to come back.

Aleksandra is a very attentive host. During the stay, my sister-in-law had her birthday and received cake and wine. Very nice! The house is very cozy with a great terrace! Now it was not so hot, but in summer the garden with several terraces is a true paradise with swimming pool. There is also a lot of toys provided, very child-friendly hostess! We felt at home in this vacation home. It is very quiet.

We had a pleasant stay in the villa. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed during this vacation. It is the perfect place to relax. The owners were very nice, very helpful, and welcomed us very warmly. Thanks to Fanica and Nenad :)

As a larger group, we were allowed to stay with Ivan for about two weeks and felt very comfortable. House, pool and outside area corresponded to the pictures, the view of Labin (especially in the evening) is magnificent. The house is quietly located. Idyllic beaches can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Ivan gave us tips on beaches, events and restaurants during our stay and even cooked for us once. We will be happy to come back.

We greatly enjoyed the house and especially the garden. It had many shaded and comfortable spots to sit and read or eat. The pool was a great place to cool down and for the kids to play in. The location given on the Airbnb link wasn't completely right. If you follow directions to the campsite in the village, you will pass by the house on your left. All the rooms have their own bathroom and AC. The only downside was that there wasn't enough water for 2 people to shower at the same time. Nada and her husband really take good care of the house.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The villa is a peaceful retreat with stunning views that are truly breathtaking. We had a absolutely amazing holidays with my family of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 kids age of 4,8,11,11,15) All 4 The apartments are great and very clean with all necessary accessories (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge air conditioning and more). The accommodation is pretty spacious and comfortable with amazing Patio. What we loved is the fact that we were all together in one Villa but we all had own space too. 
 We also enjoyed spending time in the pool. Kids had the best time ever! 
 The nearest large supermarket is a 15 minute drive and closest beach 8 minutes drive. The contact with Eda and her husband is very good, they will help with everything. Such a lovely and kind people! 
 There were parking spaces in front of the villa too. 
 We had an amazing time and would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to anyone! My all family had best time ever!

The house is very nice with a great outdoor kitchen and a well-kept garden. It is well equipped and you have a fantastic view of Krk & Cres. The hosts Yvette, Barbara and Tony do a great job, are easy to reach and take care of their guests. The immediate neighborhood takes some getting used to but as soon as you enter the property with the villa, this is forgotten. I recommend it and would book it again on my own.

The host is very welcoming, responsive and considerate.The home is very convenient to the gas station, convenience store and beach.Great value.I am willing to choose this property again next time if I have a chance.

Anita's home was better than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. In the main accomodation there were six adults. It never felt cramped. We had two adults in the adjoining space and they were very comfortable. Both places were spotless. The pool area was great and perfect for having a beer after a day in the hot Croatian sun. The sun room was amazing. Anita greeted us. It was a good thing as it would have been a little difficult to find. If you are flying in to Split, and Anita offers you to get picked up, do it. The price is reasonable and you are so much better off if the driver knows the area. We went to an island tour, went to Split and to Krka National park and visted Old Town. Every meet up place was walking distance from the home. Old town was a 10 minute walk. This place is a gem - book it.

We had a fantastic time at this house. It's a 45-minute walk from the center, so that's a lot. You can catch the bus for 2.5 pp or an uber van from 12 euros total. Was great. 5 minutes away is a large supermarket. Really everything that was described was present. There are occasional minor flaws, such as 2 showers that didn't work well with us, but the next day he came right away to make it. When we arrived, there were also some welcome drinks and snacks in the fridge. He had also brought a bottle of booze, a cake and a card for a birthday girl. Super sweet all.

Very helpful host from time of booking to check out. Would highly recommend. Villa was stunning with beautiful views.

We enjoyed our holiday in the 2 houses of Josip! The houses are in a perfect condition and have everything you need. The 4 sleepingrooms (plus 2 additional sofas) with 4 bathrooms and 1 additional WC (per house) are very comfortable. Josip is a very helpful and fast responding host - 5 stars without any additional comments!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. The place was extremely tidy and well maintained, the layout is one house with two separate floors that break up the rooms, it was great having two kitchens! It is close to the train station which goes straight into Split city centre (cheaper than the bus). The hosts were very accommodating for our group and made sure we had everything that we needed, thanks again Ana & Mateo!

Villa Grgo is a very nice property and corresponds to the description and photos. The location is a little off the beaten track, but you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, cities and beaches by car in no time. The amenities are new and upscale. The pool was also cleaned for half of our stay, and we also regularly used the hot tub and sauna. Communication with the hosts was also great, helpful and fast. On request, we were also able to check in earlier. All in all a very nice stay in Istria.

Very nice and spacious house with a beautiful outdoor setting. Kitchen is a good size and 2 fridges. The lounge opens out onto the pool area and there is outdoor eating area. The bedrooms are good sizes with many bathrooms. Great place for your group.

The house was really very nice and as shown on the pictures, also the hosts were extremely friendly and always very quick to respond and help. I would recommend this place to others.
