Villa vacation rentals in Croatia

Sehr zufrieden! Gute und angenehme kommunikation. Der Whirlpool war größer als gedacht. Am Anfang ein paar Handtücher ect. fehlten, hat uns Marijana allen eine Pizza ausgegeben:)

Wir durften einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man kann in dem riesigen Garten und dem schönen Pool richtig Entspannen. Man erreicht viele wunderschöne Buchten zu Fuß. Auch Kamenjak erreicht man sehr gut Fuß. Pula sowie Medulin sind ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt und somit auch spontan sehr schnell erreichbar. Goran war wirklich jederzeit Erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Alles lief total unkompliziert und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass man alles tut um uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten - das wurde definitiv geschafft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder

Adrian hat uns von sich aus einen früheren Check-in angeboten, was sehr praktisch für unsere Anreise war. Die Übergabe ging schnell und unkompliziert vonstatten. Der Außenbereich war super für unsere Gruppe von 8 Leuten, durch die verschiedenen Sitz-/ bzw. Liegegelegenheiten hatte man auch im Außenbereich die Möglichkeit zu etwas Privatsphäre. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es fehlten lediglich ein Seifenspender in manchem Badezimmer sowie ein Geschirrtuch in der Küche. Dafür war zum Grillen alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die 2 Wohneinheiten sind baulich getrennt, die größere und besser ausgestattete Hauptküche befindet sich in einem der beiden Baukörper. Das Wasser zum Duschen war vormittags leider noch kalt, darüber konnten wir allerdings hinwegsehen. Mit einem Taxi/Uber kommt man in 5-10 Minuten in die Stadt. Wir waren froh, uns für Adrians Haus entschieden zu haben, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut! Danke nochmals für deine Freundlichkeit & alles Gute Liebe Grüße, Felix

Als wir ankamen hat das Navi uns erst in eine andere Straße lotsen wollen aber wir haben es dann doch relativ schnell gefunden. Als wir ankamen ist ein junger Mann sofort zu uns gestoßen und hat uns alles erklärt und die Unterkunft gezeigt. Seine Mutter hat uns sofort mit kalten Getränken versorgt u. die Familie war wirklich super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie wohnten in dem kleinen Häuschen das sich genau auf dem Weg zum Privatstrand befindet. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Ausblick ein Traum. Die Appartements haben alles was man braucht zum Leben und in der Nähe der Villa gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants mit gutem Essen.Der privat Strand war wunderschön und wir durften sogar Masken und Paddelboot ausleihen zum schwimmen.Egal was wir gebraucht haben,die Familie war immer da. Auch der Pool war schön groß und sauber. Den Flughafen in der Nähe hat man nicht wirklich gehört aber es war beeindruckend die Flieger starten zu sehen. Vielen Dank für alles

Lovely location - within walking distance of the waterfront and harbour. Lovely views from front bedroom balcony and patio. Two very nice bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. It was lovely to sit on the patio around the pool. Staircase to first floor is steep! We rarely used the kitchen as we prefer to eat out in the evening. There was an array of restaurants to choose from . We had an ice cream most nights from a fabulous ice cream shop near the supermarket and bought croissants and bread from the bakers every day. Had a lovely relaxing break. Kristina is a great host and quickly answers any questions you may have.

Wir haben über den Jahreswechsel mit Freunden und unseren Wauzis dieses tolle Anwesen gebucht. Leider war es nicht so böllerfrei, wie wir gehofft hatten, aber dennoch konnte unser „Angst“Hund den Silvesterabend recht gut genießen, da alles entsprechend verschlossen werden konnte. Im Sommer sicher nochmal doppelt so schön, da der Aussenbereich wirklich toll ist. Das Haus selbst ist toll aufgeteilt und bietet genügend Platz und Freiräume. Die Lage in einer Sackgasse macht es angenehm ruhig und man ist in kürzester Zeit in allen sehenswerten Städten Istriens. Der Kontakt über Connor und Tamara (welche vor Ort die direkte Ansprechperson ist) war rundum toll. Wir haben unsere Auszeit genossen.

We had a good time at the villa. It was really comfortable and we had everything that we needed. With the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna you can relax during the day and there is a table tennis too for playing outside. With the car you have 10-15min to omis and around 30min to split. The villa is a bit far from the cities, but the stay was definitely worth it. I recommend hiring a car accordingly.

This place was incredible. We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was great. Our 3 year old loved it and was great that it was under cover. Taxis / Ubers were reasonable into Fazana and Pula and we hired a car for further trips and you could walk to the local beach in about 15 mins. We loved the space and location. Restaurant across the road is definitely worth a visit!

An outstanding villa with stunning views. Ivana, Kety & their father were outstanding hosts, friendly, helpful and informative. We were lucky enough to be staying when it was their father’s birthday and were treated to the most delicious dinner of roast lamb, roast potatoes, salad, cheeses and the most gorgeous desserts and homemade red wine from their own produce. Ivana was always extremely helpful and helped us find car parks and book a boat trip. A great tip, is get an Uber into Dubrovnik Old Town, it was so much cheaper than parking and they take you right into the town. Highly recommend this beautiful Villa !

Zeer mooie en propere accomodatie. Inderdaad wel jammer dat er zeer weinig keukengerief aanwezig was, zoals een extra pan (zeker als je met zo'n grote groep in de woning logeert), keukenhanddoeken, sponsjes,..... Ook was er geen poetsgerief aanwezig, zoals een stofzuiger, dweil,...Nadat we de host hadden gecontacteerd, werd dit wel zeer snel in orde gebracht. De host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De woning ligt op wandelafstand van supermarktjes, bakker, groentekraampjes en slager. Ook zeer nabij heb je verschillende eetgelegenheden. Wel even oppassen als je via de host een boot wilt huren. Host heeft niets met deze verhuur te maken. Deze mensen zijn niet betrouwbaar! Ze verhuurden een speedboat die al stuk was, waar water binnenkwam, niet voorruit geraakte, geen reddingsvesten. We werden beschuldigd van het crashen van de boot. Boot uit water gehaald, niets te zien. Bleek dat de pomp al enkele dagen stuk was. Geen geld teruggekregen!

We had a fantastic time and everything went as planned. We did our research and choose this property for the local bus connections to trogir and split. The villa is the best we have stayed in, modern and still looks like new. The hosts were extremely kind and flexible with us. The villa is fully equipped and had everything expected and more. There is a lot of construction works being undertaken with many new villas and flats being built, the area is very much under development however this didn't affect our stay.

Värden Nevena har erbjudit och tillhandahållit ett förstklassigt boende. Utöver det har servicegraden varit riktigt hög. Mycket lätt att kommunicera med och otroligt snabb i återkoppling, dessutom genuint omtänksam. Har gett trevliga och genuina tips och varit tillgänglig och hjälpsam. Rekommenderar starkt andra att hyra detta boende!

If I could give this place 100 stars, I would!! Thank you so much to Boris for a magical vacation we got to enjoy. We stayed as a 10-people group for a reunion, cooked together, used the sauna, relaxed at the pool, and also swam in the sea at the private (there was no one there) beach that is super close (2 minutes away by foot). At sunset especially it was so magical. Boris was always there in case of any questions and replied super fast, gave us lots of recommendations for places to see. Next day after it rained a lot, Boris even came over to clean up the leaves in and around the pool! And brought us some breakfast food - so sweet! The house has stunning views, is decorated with a lot of attention to detail, was spotlessly clean and just magical. We would LOVE to come back to Villa Soline again and will keep this vacation in our hearts forever. Thank you, Boris🙏

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum und wirklich hochwertig gebaut und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen im Sommer definitiv für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Meer und die umliegenden Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Einen Supermarkt gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Alles in allem ein super schönes Haus und ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

Wir haben die Zeit in Villa Lucella sehr genossen. Wir waren 9 Personen, wobei die Villa auch entspannt Platz für 10-15 Leute bietet. Die Unterkunft mit allen Ausstattungsmerkmalen entsprach 1:1 der Erwartung und den Bildern. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Eltern des Vermieters wohnen nebenan, was wir eher positiv und unkompliziert wahrgenommen haben. Besonders gefallen haben uns die tollen Sportanlagen (Beachvolleyball, Tennis inkl. Flutlicht), die wir intnsiv genutzt haben sowie Pool, Sauna und Jacuzzi. Positiv überrascht hat uns auch, dass es zu jedem Zimmer ein eigenes Bad gab. Einzig negative Kritik ist der wiederholte Geruch nach Rauch/Qualm in einem der Badezimmer in Verbindung mit dem Grillen (kam über die Lüftung). Alles in allem hatten wir eine großartige und unkomplizierte Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

Great villa, clean modern and a decent pool. The rooms were perfect and the bathrooms were great. The views are spectacular and the villa is right above the beach. Pisak is a beautiful little town, it has a grocery store, a greengrocers, a bakers and a few restaurants. It is also built on the side of a hill so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The sea is so clear and the beach is a typical Croatian beach, small pebbles. I recommend buying the beach shoes they sell in the shop on the beach front. Omis is a 20 minute Uber ride and worth a visit, also Split is great, but gets very busy. Croatia is a beautiful country and the people are so kind and helpful. Also if you like Roman history Croatia is full of it. Also the Pizza's are amazing.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We had a very nice time in the villa, unfortunately only 4 days. We certainly could have stayed longer. The host Toni, had good and clear contact in advance. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and we were able to contact her for everything during the rest of our stay. She is a warm, sweet, enthusiastic and caring lady. Contact with Andrea also runs very quickly and smoothly. We have nothing to complain about the villa itself. It is nice and clean both inside and outside. The pool is lovely, and also bright and clean. You are provided with everything in the villa. You don't have to leave and you can have a great time. You really won't be short of anything. The location is quiet, but within a 15/30 minute drive you will also come across nice villages/shops. A car would be useful. Thanks again Toni and Andrea for the hospitality, we will definitely come back.

Our stay in Bol was nothing short of delightful, primarily thanks to the charming two-bedroom Villa . The view from the balcony was absolutely superb, offering a stunning panorama that we enjoyed every day. Lounging in the sun, sipping coffee, and soaking in the breathtaking scenery was an everyday highlight. TheVilla itself was the perfect size for our needs. It was cozy and comfortable, making it an ideal retreat after exploring the beautiful town of Bol. The two bedrooms were well-appointed, providing ample space for relaxation. The location couldn't have been better. We were just a short walk from the beach and local amenities, yet the apartment was situated in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful stay. Overall, this villa is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience Bol. With its unbeatable views, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

Super Villa, Super Woche! Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Dabo und hatten und extra für die etwas entferntere Lage zur nächsten Stadt entschieden. Sehr privat alles, man kann auch mal lauter sein ohne wen zu stören. In direkter nähe sind 2 kleine Strände zu Fuß zu erreichen, an denen auch nicht viel los war (Mitte - Ende September). 2x pro Woche wird der Pool gereinigt. Das Haus selbst war sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.
