The cottage includes wifi and a 55" smart tv. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property is surrounded by large pine trees and lots of privacy. This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

Welcome to the Cuyuna Wattage Cottage! We built this ultramodern cabin to be an energy-efficient retreat for you to enjoy after biking, hiking, snowmobiling, or otherwise exploring this beautiful area. You’ll love viewing a sunrise through two story windows in the main living space or warming up by the fireplace. Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

The River Lodge

The River Lodge sits on a peaceful 5 acres on the banks of the Mississippi River featuring three levels with 7 bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas in the loft and game room, making it possible to fit up to 22 guests. The great room provides a large gathering space, perfect for reunions and retreats. With 3 additional living rooms all with smart TVs, 5 bathrooms, a game room with ping pong, several outdoor sitting areas, a beautiful fire pit patio and hot tub to enjoy, there's fun for all!

Perfectly located near downtown Crosby on Rabbit Lake, this 2-acre lot w/ 400 ft of sandy lakeshore is the ideal up-north getaway for groups. All bedrooms are upstairs w/ 1 king bed, 7 Queens, a crib, and a standing desk. The lower level boasts a fully updated kitchen, dining room, game room/bar, & spacious living room w/ a gas fireplace, great wifi, and streaming services! Outdoor dining, yard games, beach/water toys, swim dock, propane grill, fire pit, and a 7-person Jacuzzi hot tub!

Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.
