Yohann's family home offers a perfect base. The tram literally passes in front of the house and planes above but the neighborhood is very quiet while being 15 min from the center of Nantes. The house is very well renovated and the spaces are functional and well equipped. It's very nice to have enough room to store your personal belongings. The small garden and chickens offer a very nice outdoor space. I would recommend Yohann's place without reservations.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was impeccable, very clean and as described. The tasteful decor and small touches made the experience even more enjoyable. We spent 3 nights in Martin's house. It's nice, flirtatious, and very clean. The weather allowed us to enjoy the outdoor layout from morning to night. We reached Nantes by bus (free on Saturdays) and on Fridays there is a market right in front of the house. Parking is available nearby. We were 10 adults and had enough space to live easily. Namely, the bedding is more suitable for 3 couples with children. The beds in the bedrooms upstairs are suitable for little ones. We highly recommend this rental for a stay in Nantes.

We spent a weekend at Delphine's, it's a change from impersonally decorated accommodation intended only for rentals. The apartment is super nice to live in, we felt at home. In addition, the accommodation is well located, in the city center, while being rather quiet at night. Communication with Delphine and Damien was very easy and efficient! The apartment is perfectly furnished, impeccably clean, and thought out in every detail to make you feel good from the first few seconds. Nothing is missing: everything is there, functional, aesthetic and comfortable. We feel like hosts have put heart into this place. An ideal parenthesis for the family, which we would have extended. A huge thank you for this gem that we would definitely recommend 200%! Small downside the incivility of some people on the street who can shout at 3am without respecting the sleep of some . My best Airbnb experience!! Annie France is an absolutely adorable host, who was very kind to my very late check-in schedule. The house is beautiful and the space dedicated to tenants is secluded enough from the house to enjoy a space at all. I would recommend it without a second thought!!

Accommodation as advertised, bright, offering a beautiful view of the roofs and located in a very quiet area and very close to the city center. A downside to the private parking not accessible for a medium-sized vehicle, but free street parking.
