Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

A cosy studio apartment in a converted barn just outside Oxford. The studio overlooks the garden and dreaming spires of Oxford can be seen from the balcony outside. Easy access to great walks and beautiful countryside, yet only a short bus ride ( 15/20 minutes depending on time of day ) to Oxford city centre. A lovey retreat to return to after a day of exploring the busy city and surrounding countryside. There is free off street parking. PLEASE PARK TO THE RIGHT AS YOU COME IN THE GATES.

1 double bedroom apartment 2 miles from Oxford city’s dreaming spires. Bus stop located 3 minutes walk. Located in Cumnor Hill, a lovely part of Oxford. There is separate lounge area. In the bathroom there is a jacuzzi bath and great shower with pressurised water system. The kitchenette area is small but well equipped. Outside you have a small court yard sitting area with table 4 chairs and parasol. Although only 2 miles from the city, there are lovely countryside walks nearby
