The apartment is structured on 3 floors, on the ground floor there is the large living room with kitchen, the bathroom with shower and the double bedroom; on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. One of the two rooms leads to the terrace on the second floor. All rooms are air-conditioned. The property boasts an area in front of the entrance with an umbrella, tables and chairs. The swimming pool is open all day and has a shallow water area ideal for children.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
