Wonderful place, wonderful host. Perfect location, especially if you are coming with kids: the ski park is just across the road from the property, with skiing and tobogganing, inexpensive. A bigger ski slope is some 7 min driving. The apartment is done beautifully, with care, pleasure to be in, very comfortable. Everything works. Communication with the host was smooth and fast. 100% recommended! Now we want to come back in the summer to experience the lake with the paddle boards.

Perfectly divided with a great location

It was a comfortable accommodation because it was near the train station and close to the grocery store, and it was warm and nice ^ ^

We stayed in this apartment for 5 days, but had to be reduced to one day. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, but the air conditioning did not work. Although I asked about it in advance. It was terribly cold and strong outside, and this is the 14th floor and if the balcony is open, then a terrible draft, and when everything is closed, there is nothing to breathe. As we were then told that throughout the building the air conditioner is not turned on for the cold. Eventually, after I contacted the customer service and the host, I was cancelled and refunded. And I was able to move to another place. But the day was lost on the excitement and nerves unnecessary for the trip. And so the place is quiet from the center by tram 20-25 min. The apartment is very beautiful. This is a penthouse. Fully equipped. There is everything for long stays. I recommend it to those who don't care about the air conditioner. Since it is not at all in one of the rooms, and it is central in another, but turn it on in the cold not until summer.

The apartment is very spacious and clean, a comfortable bed and a double sofa, it was very warm , the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Located centrally, on foot is absolutely close to everything (all tourist attractions, yards, theaters, stations) next to a tram stop, a supermarket of ice, restaurants in the courtyard of the house. Although located in the center, it was very quiet, great view from the large windows. Friendly host, easy communication. Highly recommended

A very nicely decorated apartment, comfortable, with terrace and sauna. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a supermarket in practically the same building. The hosts responded within minutes. 100% recommended.

This stay was truly exceptional. A quiet and pleasant environment to relax, lots of places to go with even the possibility of borrowing bikes. When it comes to the accommodation directly,.. I have nothing to complain about, a bathing barrel, a sauna, the possibility of grilling - great! Projector for pleasantly spent evenings, perfect for a romantic and indulgent stay. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back and enjoy the same comfort here as we are now.

Everything was fine, just what we needed quickly.

Our stay at this 14th-century master mill was nothing short of magical. The house itself is incredibly cosy, with a charming blend of historical character and modern comfort. It’s thoughtfully equipped with plenty of activities, which is a blessing when you’re tucked away in such a peaceful, remote location. One of the highlights for us was the delightful company of the resident cats and rabbits—they added such a warm and homely touch to the experience. We were also thrilled with the mill’s proximity to a beautiful castle and scenic hiking grounds, which provided the perfect opportunity to explore the surrounding area. We were fortunate enough to spend New Year’s Eve here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was serene and enchanting, making it a truly unforgettable way to start the year. If you’re looking for a unique, quiet retreat steeped in history, surrounded by nature, and with fantastic nearby landmarks, this is the place for you. Highly recommend!

One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Katarina was incredibly helpful and responsive, making communication easy from start to finish. The location is also great for exploring Český ráj. Highly recommended!

We used the accommodation for a bachelor party and were satisfied. A quiet place with good facilities and a barn where you can use a large canvas. Unfortunately, the night before we left, we were found by a severe storm that had thrown out electricity that didn't hit, but it was an extraordinary event that the host can't.

We had very nice days together with the whole family (a total of eleven people with adults, teenagers and toddler). We loved the layout of the rooms and amenities. A really beautiful home with a pleasant mix of antique construction and current technology and modern design.

The perfect little Airbnb, walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Roman was very responsive and an excellent host.

Nice stay in an apartment in a quiet town. The beds were very comfortable and everyone had a good night's sleep. Very responsive host, quick acceptance of reservation. Renata answers all the questions and is very helpful. A great base.

It was a great apartment! Very clean and maintained. Check-in went smoothly because all the necessary instructions were given. The bedding was clean, there is even a robot vacuum cleaner that can be used as needed. There is nothing to complain about. The only thing missing was an elevator, as the apartment is on the third floor (suitcase), but this cannot be attributed to the host:)

Tomas was great host, it was easy to communicate with him and even though we did not have chance to meet each other, he was always available for help. Place is the same as described and quite close to local ZOO. I CY can fully recommend this place.

Very comfy and spacious accommodation.

Great location for trips. The host was always responsive in no time. The place is small but we walked in with 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog. The cleaning lady was very kind and helpful. The need to heat with wood, the lighter was missing, but the lady who cleaned up right away. And we bought a fire starter from a local convenience store. Thank you
