A rare gem in the coveted Mt. Rose Village. A short drive to Staircase entrance of the National Park or a half mile drive to Lake Cushman access. Enjoy a unique retreat for those with an adventurous side. Kayaks, inflatable SUP's, BBQ, snowshoes, a private summer tree pod, or lounge in the A-frame cabana overlooking the forest. Our place is designed for nature adventurers like us. Hike, paddle, swim, bike, fish, climb, & grill all in one day from this location. Not beachfront due to terrain.

Garden/Mountain View Retreat on Bainbridge Island

Enjoy garden & mountain views from the "Hummingbird Haven," our bright and comfortable work-friendly, ground-level suite - the perfect island getaway or launching point for adventures on Bainbridge and beyond. The 2-room, non-smoking space has its own entrance and patio, a king-size bed, full bath, and roomy living area with fireplace, MCM furnishings and a wet bar. Owners live upstairs. Recently updated to it's original splendor, it sits right on the shore with spectacular views looking south down the canal. This property has it all. Whether it is swimming, fishing or watching the local wildlife right from the deck or hiking, waterfalls and exploring everything the Olympic Peninsula has to offer within a short drive.

I am always available for questions.. I live in the main house in the front but you will have complete privacy. It's a very safe area and people are warm and friendly. Check out the farmers' market on Saturdays at Bainbridge Performing Arts. You have space to park one car in the carport.

Nestled in the trees with just a handful of properties, this idyllic cottage is the perfect spot to relax and recharge. You’ll wake up to gorgeous views across the water to the sun rising over the Cascade mountains. Stroll down to the neaby beach , spotting wildlife along the way. Return to the secluded front porch to enjoy your morning coffee .

This cozy waterfront home offers a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for a romantic get-away or family outing. Its charming living room has a large fireplace, and breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains and beautiful Hood Canal. There are also great views of the water from the kitchen, dining area and bedrooms. The kitchen is outfitted with everything a gourmet cook will need. The large deck is great place to watch the sunset after a busy day of swimming or fishing.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beach getaway. Bring your paddle boards and head down the stairs to the water, or just enjoy the beautiful hood canal views from our deck. Under 10 miles north of Hama Hama, where you can pick up fresh local seafood and enjoy great cuisine. Close by to Lena Lake, Murhut Falls, Olympic National Park, Rocky Brook Falls, and many other attractions on the Hood Canal. We have three kayaks available (two single, one double) for guest use.
