In's schöne Zofiger-Städtli sind es mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten. Zofingen liegt sehr zentral! Du hast mit dem Auto nach Zürich, Bern oder Basel maximal 1 Stunde.

From the seating area outside in front of the apartment, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the landscape/Pilatus. One parking space is available in front of the house. You will surely feel comfortable in this spacious & special accommodation. It consists of a double bed and in addition two mattresses that can be laid out in the living room. The apartment is with separate entrance in a detached house. The large outdoor area can also be used. The southern orientation of the apartment captivates with its wonderful sunshine. The apartment is new. The equipment including bed content was newly purchased in the fall of 2024.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Zentralschweiz. Sie haben mit dem Auto nach Luzern 35 Min., Zürich 45 Min., Bern 40 Min. oder Aarau 15 Min. Die Busstation ist direkt vor der Haustüre. In unserem Dorf gibt es sehr gute Restaurant's, unter anderem eine Bäckerei mit frischer Ware . Da wir in einem ruhigen Dorf gelegen sind empfiehlt es sich mit einem Auto zu kommen. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nehmen hier mehr Zeit in Anspruch für eine Reise.

How about a new and cozily furnished apartment with lots of hiking and biking right at your doorstep? Stay with us in a small idyllic village - quietly located with a beautiful view of the Central Swiss mountains. Located in the middle of nature and yet centrally located in Switzerland. You can reach cities such as Lucerne, Bern, Basel and Zurich by car in 30 to 60 minutes. The nearby Lake Sempach can be reached in about 20 minutes.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
