Very close to the town center of a charming little village, Damazan is close to the Garonne Lateral Canal (5 'from the motorway, 30' from Agen and 1 hour from Bordeaux or Toulouse). The studio is independent at home, it is located on our land. A double bed 140, a walk-in shower, a toilet, a TV, wifi, a kettle with tea and coffee and access to a terrace near the vegetable garden. Nice "night market" every Tuesday. You can have our "plancha" outside

C'est un lieu touristique pour sa collégiale, le canal avec ses péniches et ses écluses, ses circuits pour les cyclorandonneurs. Vous disposez en toute tranquillité d'une partie du rez de chaussée de la maison avec toutes les commodités, d'une cour pour garer votre véhicule, d'un garage à vélos. Vous avez accès au jardin.
