Minutes away from Burke and just a hop off of I-91, this is your start and end to a great day in the NEK. There is a large bedroom and bathroom downstairs with three smaller bedrooms and a small half bath upstairs. There is ample parking and a fenced in yard if you want to bring your dog. There is a stream and hiking trail out back with an active sugar house with tours available upon request. Plenty of wood and a fire pit outside. Starlink internet to upload your adventures at blazing speed!

The Shed at Cozy Bnd is new, will accomodate 2 adults, quiet and cozy. Located just West of Larrabee's Building Supply in West Danville, VT. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is located directly behind the property for 4 seasons of recreation. This is a great trail, free for all to walk, hike, bike, ski, snowshoe and snowmobile. Centrally located in Northern VT, Burke Mountain, Jay Peak, Stowe are all very accessible from here for a day trip or dining. We look forward to meeting you soon.

A great place to get some fresh air or to stay in and take a nap. Beautiful summers for easy hikes and refreshing swims in the lakes of our local Groton State Forest, unbelievable foliage to view from small dirt roads, and tons of outdoor winter activities.
