Our house is in the middle of walnut fields. We are 5 minutes away from the bike route Grenoble-St Marcellin, and many hiking trails and 50 minutes from Vercors and Chartreuse. We will welcome you to our village house, in a green setting in the countryside, close to Bourgoin-Jallieu, 6km from the A43 and A 48 between Lyon, Grenoble and Chambéry (30mn). It's an ideal stop on the road to the sun and skiing. You can also come and discover the North Dauphiné. Breakfasts, included in the price of the rooms, will be served in our kitchen or, if the weather is nice, in the shade of the arbor on the terrace.

Philippe and Fabienne welcome you to Bonheur des Balmes, in a simple and warm atmosphere. We offer a suite for two people with private bathrooms on the first floor in our house. You will share common areas, the kitchen for breakfast, the lounge area. You can also enjoy the outdoors such as the covered terrace and the park, in a green setting. On request, we offer the possibility of evening catering in a table d'hôte.

Really calm estate with parking places and closed by a gate with an access code. It is near to "Eurexpo", a place where trade fairs and exhibitions are held. There is a castle, restaurants and small shops nearby, only a 5-minute walk from the house. The shopping centre is a 10-minute car or tram ride, with many shops and a large supermarket.

We welcome you to our newly renovated home in Saint-Savin, located 15 minutes from Bourgoin-Jallieu. We offer for rent a 20 m2 room with a shower room and a separate toilet. The entrance is private. We have installed a lockbox to make access to the accommodation easier, the code will be communicated to you on the same day.
