Notre chalet (70m2) est au cœur du parc du Vercors et à 20 minutes de Villard de Lans. Situé sur le GR, de chouettes balades à pied ou en VTT sont possibles pour tous les niveaux. La nature est partout, et la vue sur les falaises est magique ! Vous pourrez profiter des terrasses pour manger, observer les oiseaux ou vous prélasser au soleil. Le jardin descend vers un petit ruisseau idéal pour se rafraichir. Canyoning, pêche, escalade, skating et ski alpin sont des activités à portée de main !

This 30 m² cottage, converted in 2024 under the roof of an outbuilding, is ideally located in the countryside just 3 km from the village of La Roche de Glun and 2 km from the Viarhona. This studio includes a main room with an equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed (more suitable for children) and a sleeping area equipped with a 160 x 200 bed. This cottage also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests will have a space to park the car and a private courtyard.

Between the lake and the mountains, the accommodation is located in a quiet condominium, a 10-minute walk to the beach and the port (waterfront restaurants, paddle rental, pedal boats...). Shops 2 km away: grocery store, bakery, butcher, post office...

The gîte and B&B of the Fabrique des Luddites is a fully renovated 135m2 character house nestled in a former 19th-century fabric factory surrounded by a large park at the foot of a wooded hill. The gîte has three bedrooms, a 20m2 kitchen, a 45m2 living/dining room with video projector and a library, and is surrounded by a large outdoor garden with a dining area. At Clos des Hirondelles, we like to take our time and observe the birds. In this village house restored by us, the atmosphere is zen, simple and warm. It's a family home where we like to meet, a house in the countryside too: the roosters sing at dawn and you can hear the bells of the village church! Close to the ViaRhôna, it is an ideal stopover for cyclists and hikers. Off-season, it's also great to enjoy the garden and unwind!
