This fully remodeled 1930s bungalow is LESS THAN 10 MINS from the heart of Broadway and downtown Nashville! Abby Gordon designs from floor to ceiling. This is the perfect place for a memorable visit to Nashville. Enjoy a snack on a barstool at the breakfast bar of this welcoming house. The interior space has been restored by Abby Gordon, preserving original features when possible. These include the pocket doors and fireplaces, plus the bead board ceiling. Our Nashville Short Term Rental Permit is 2016 space 07130 This house has been a total labor of love for the last 9 months as we've worked over every inch of the space to restore it to glory! Most of the house is brand new, while leaving original features wherever possible, like the pocket doors and fireplaces as well as the bead board ceiling in the back room. Abby Gordon, known for her simple and elegant style, was commissioned to do all of the interiors and what a job she did! We are confident you will want to extend your visit as soon as you spend a night in this beautiful space. Guest have full access to the house! I fully respect the privacy of my guests, but I'm always a phone call or text away should you need anything. The home sits in a very eclectic part of Nashville in the midst of an up and coming neighborhood. Woodbine is the core of Nashville's ethnic food scene, where Latin American, Ethiopian and Saudi Arabian people and cuisine interminge. Uber and Lyft are everywhere! I love this neighborhood and all of its diversity, but there are all kinds of homes on this street and we don't want you to be shocked by that.

Contemporary house with amazing location. The home is private, upscale and not attached to the primary house. It was built with AirBnB in mind. All rooms have great downtown views. Minutes to downtown hotspots including the Ryman, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, live music & the bars on Broadway. The house is warm, inviting, spacious, and feels like a home away from home. Enjoy the comforts of home in Nashville! We are located in the hip & trendy East Nashville area just a few miles from Five Points & Downtown. The living room is set up like a hotel with mini-fridge, small freezer, microwave and keurig. The master has a TV, desk, wifi and a comfy queen bed, and Studio A has a TV and queen bed. The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom. This is the only bathroom for both rooms. We know you'll love it and have everything you could imagine!

The birds are beautiful and the stars truly light up at night. Most evenings, you can enjoy the big and little dipper! The property is a quaint duplex home 20 min. to popular East Nashville and Downtown Nashville; 10 min. to Beaman Park (hiking trails); and 20 min. to Opryland Hotel. A great location if you want a country feel, yet not far from the city. It sits on 1.5 acres, and no neighbors in front or back of you. The duplex is one block from the freeway.
