Conveniently located few minutes walk from bus stops with regular direct services to the City Centre (15 mins) and also to the Airport (25 mins) and Waverley Station (20 mins) .

'Silverknowes Suite' is a small, newly renovated, light and airy ground floor studio with own front door, kitchenette and ensuite. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, within 5 minutes walk to bus routes to the city centre and 10 minutes to the airport bus stop. By car, the city can be reached in 15 minutes. There are beautiful nearby walks down to the Forth River front and beach. The suite is attached to our family home but the connecting door will be kept locked ensuring your privacy.

When booking please let me know your estimated check in time. Bright room facing the waterfront in Granton Harbour, approx 3 miles north of the city centre. The place is connected by buses 9, 22, X37, 19, 16 and 17 (airport). Elevator + 1 underground car park available. Guests can use the kitchen and have your professional latte as much as you like. There are also cereal and milk. We have 2 kids (1 & 5yrs old). We also have a cat. The cat litter is in the bathroom but is kept tidy.

King sized bedroom in a semi detached house. 15 min walk to the sea. It has great transport links with many bus routes (4min walk to the bus stop) taking you straight to the city centre in 15min including night busses. You will have access to free on street parking spaces, use of the full house including power shower, fully equipped kitchen, wifi and television, terrace area with the fire pit. Our elegant room is the perfect place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. There is a comfy double bed and a beautiful en-suite, secluded from the main house; with a small peaceful garden area and a private entrance. Based in the quiet suburb of Blackhall, we are only a couple of miles from the city centre - with dozens of express buses on a few minutes walk from the house; whilst at the same time ideally situated for journeys to and from the airport.

Modern facilities within fresh and neutral décor, set in a quiet residential location. Great bus links to the airport and in to the city centre. Easy check in. You will love the stylish place to stay . Single room with wardrobe/.bedside table and reading lamp . Extra blankets and feather free pillows. Tea /coffee and hot chocolate making facilities but please no ordering or bringing back of fast food please respect this ! The house is an absolute no smoking or vaping whether that be outside or not .
