Monthly Rentals in Davis

the host is a very nice guy. he sometimes gave us fruits like persimmons, pomegranates, lemons from his own garden. they were delicious. he is always quick responding to the messages, bringing us the bathroom tissues and others in the early evening hours before dinner not to disturb our life in the room. it has a living and dining room, a bedroom, full kitchen, and a coffee machine, plates, bowls, knives, forks, spoons, pots, frying pans, so we enjoyed cooking. sometimes you hear the noises from the host’s house, but they are not too disturbing, and it’s not the fault of the host himself, but the wall. overall, our life of about 2 months and half at this place was very much satisfactory. if you are coming to Davis as a visiting scholar at the UC Davis, this is the best place to stay.

We are so grateful to Miguel and Judy for helping us so much with our arrival. Since we were interested in getting their room rental they have given us a response to any doubt we had and kindly welcomed us once we arrived. From our arrival onwards, Miguel and Judy were so prone to help us with any problem or concern we had. Without a doubt, we will repeat the same flat rental without a doubt if we have the chance to come back to Davis.

Dina was so responsive as a host, and her space was calm, quiet, private, and exactly as it looked in the pictures.

Florine’s place is in a neat backyard, the room is spacious for one person (and fit two). The bed and blanket are very soft and comfortable. Everything is clean and convenient. I enjoyed staying in the nest and the natural surroundings. Will stay again next time
